Experience the prime attractions of Queenstown through a Segway tour, an ideal preface to New Zealand’s paradise for adventure enthusiasts. You’ll start with a brief tutorial on managing your individual Segway, followed by a guided tour tracing the edges of Lake Wakatipu, navigating through Queenstown Gardens, and visiting other picturesque locations. Benefit from an intimate atmosphere on this tour restricted to eight participants. Opt for either a 1- or 2-hour journey available at different intervals during the day.
- Minimum recommended age is 10 years
- Operates in most weather conditions; please dress appropriately
- Please dress extra warm on cool days
- Jackets and gloves are available to use. In the event of heavy or continuous rain, or if you’re just concerned about the conditions, please call the number on your voucher an hour before your booking time to discuss options

Fun - Real fun!
Did the 2 hours tour, and enjoyed every minute. Kevin was great.
A fun and easy way to see Queenstown, and it is hard to say goodbye to this vehicle after the ride.

Whole family loved it - Great value and really fun activity for all the family. Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide in Kevin, who took everything in his stride and kept us safe and entertained. Loved the stop in the gardens and bonus activity (won’t spoil the reveal). The Segways themselves are very intuitive and easy to learn and operate, our 14-year-old was entirely at home with it all by the end of it (and quite convinced he now “needs” one…)

Awesome experience - A fantastic adventure that we thoroughly enjoyed. Kevin is friendly and a very good teacher. The segway is much easier to ride than I thought it would be. Highly recommend you do this. Fun with awesome scenery. Thanks Kevin.

Exceeded expectations - Kevin ensured that we felt safe and gave some great education about the area. The experience exceeded our expectations. Do this at the start of your Queenstown trip as Kevin will take you to places that you can explore more later in your trip.

A wonderful Queenstown overview - We had an amazing 2-hour ride with Kevin as our guide. He stopped to show us key landmarks, give history and take pictures. He made sure we were safe, but also had fun on the ride. We loved the whole trip and highly recommend Kevin!

A wonderful Queenstown overview - This was such a great way to see the town. Kevin was a fabulous guide and we truly got to take in the whole lakefront, the views, the gardens, etc. A little rain didn’t slow us down! So fun.

Great way to zoom around town and the gardens - Kevin was great - patient and paced the tour perfectly! My family picked it up quick, had an older couple with us that had issues but Kevin worked his magic so all were satisfied! Highly recommend!

A less extreme way to see Queenstown - For first-time segwayers, this tour was a great introduction to theleisure activity, and a great way to see Queenstown - even on a cold day. Kevin's quick tutorial had us comfortable rolling around in very quick time & the rukes he wxplained were easy to follow. We learntsome fun facts about the local area as we weaved our way through the postcard-perfect central Queenstown precinct. The diversion in the park was a bit of extra fun as well.
