Great tour leader and great ride - We enjoyed a great ride with Shay. We chose ride to the lake and the description was very accurate. The e-bikes were well maintained and made going up the hills a pleasure for a change. Afterwards we received an animated video showing photos along the route which was an added bonus.

Excellent experience - The Couple owners were amazing! Tour felt personal and accommodating! The scenery was a must see! The guides took amazing pictures for memories.

MUST DO!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE - MUST DO!! We had the ABSOLUTE BEST TIME! Even in the cold rain, Ksena and Shay were FUN, spirited, and entertaining from start to finish. Ksena picked us up and gave us an introduction to their husband-wife operation. It was our group's first e-bike adventure. Ksena provided us with gloves, an extra backpack, and drinks and snacks for our pitstop. The bikes were AWESOME, and Shay gave clear instructions and expectations. Shay took us out, gauged our level of experience, and gave great feedback and affirmations along the ride. He took us to Jack's Point, which was truly SPECIAL, even in the rain. We had amazing views, knowledgeable commentary, and great vibes throughout the tour. Shay made us feel comfortable and confident as we rode. He even helped me set up my GoPro on the bike and took fantastic pictures of us throughout the day. It was so refreshing to focus on the ride instead of worrying about taking photos. At the end of our ride, Ksena picked us up with towels and a heated van waiting for us. They are an extremely flexible and experienced team, tailoring each ride to the specific skill level of the group. We cannot recommend a tour with Shay and Ksena highly enough. Thank you, Ksena and Shay, for an amazing experience we will remember and cherish! We can't wait to come back for a wine tour!!

Best decision I made in Queenstown! - WOW I felt like a rockstar! The team was great, great gear, great instructions, great info, great trails. The tour linked up more than you could dream for. Snow capped mountain views, newborn lambs, lakes, rivers, architecture, sculpture, bridges. Best decision I’ve made in a long time. A MUST DO in Queenstown. I’m going back for the wine tour today!

Queenstown highlight - Utterly amazing. We had the BEST time riding with Shay through the countryside, around the river and the lake. It showed us a whole multitude of different views of Queenstown and The Remarkables from different viewpoints. We got to see the most breathtaking views, riding on some easy, but fun, tracks. Being a family with two young boys, Shay adapted the tour for me (“mum”) to be able to keep up and the ebikes were top quality. He really looked after us and threw in enough history/local stories/geography to keep it interesting too. Do it! So worth it. A totaly highlight of our Queenstown visit.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - Could not recommend this highly enough. I will be back for more! A magnificent way to see Queenstown and the surrounding scenery. The team thought of everything and were professional and well prepared (the herbal tea to warm up half way through was very much appreciated). The bikes were easy to use, safe and our guide (Shay) was considerate of all riders and their experience levels and took good care of us. I loved it. If you are doing a ride in winter, rug up - it gets colder than you think (we were provided with extra jackets and balaclavas if needed) However, it was a unique and fabulous way to experience our time in QT and i can't wait to go again.

A fantastic winter solo ride with Shay - I had an awesome morning ride with Shay, extremely helpful in keeping me informed of the route we were taking , history , taking photos , opening gates etc . I will return with friends and book another guided e-bike ride . Thank you for taking me as a solo rider . Much appreciated👌

Awesome Tour - Our tour was amazing, my husband and I had so much fun. We got to see so many beautiful views and take amazing pictures. Our guide Jordan was so friendly and helpful, very informative too. At the end the company sent us the photos and videos of our tour that Jordan took of us and an edited Relive video which was awesome. I think the best way to get go know a city is always a bike tour, faster than walking and you can visit and see places that a car or bus cant access, you exercise and have a blast. Thanks very much, wonderful experience!

Amazing experience. - Shay was an amazing guide. He made us feel very safe (our first time on an e-bike) and made the experience a complete joy. I highly recommend doing one of his tours, you will not be disappointed.
