This whitewater rafting adventure is classified as a dry season Class IV, escalating to Class V and often becoming impassable during the rainy season. Despite being a demanding and challenging whitewater experience, participants do not require previous rafting experience; however, they must be in good physical condition, and the minimum age requirement is 16 years.
Due to the rapids passing through a very narrow gorge, it was aptly named “El Chorro,” which translates to “Jet Gorge” in English.
This exhilarating excursion lasts approximately 4 hours, including hotel pick-up and drop-off.
