Horseback riding through the mountains (guided by Alvin) - First off, Alvin did an AWESOME job guiding this tour. Alvin is super kind and easy to talk to. This adventure is a must do in the Manuel Antonio area.

Amazing Experience - Kids and adults in our group loved this. It was beautiful to ride horses through the jungle. It rained on us in the middle and they had ponchos ready for all the riders. It definitely added to the experience. We loved swimming under the waterfall at the end. My son loved all the frogs he saw there. The lunch after was delicious. It was a wonderful experience! One of our favorite from our trip!

Great and attentive guide! Amazing and unexpected adventure off the beaten path! - This was a fantastic experience! Our guide went out of the way to make our horseback tour enjoyable and memorable! He even took pictures with my phone for us all for about a half an hour! The tour itself was not overly glamorous. We were unbearably hot and did not ride through jungle paths. We stayed on private dirt access roads. I'm an experienced rider and I'm glad the tour walked where it did, because the cobblestone paths were plenty challenging. They didn't stick us on broken spirited ponies that just walk in a straight line either. Our horses were well behaved, but definitely had spirit! We were given the freedom to safely ride them at whatever pace we were comfortable with. It felt more like a trail ride with new friends than a tour! Give it a try if you're looking for something outside the beaten path.

Highlight of our trip!! - I cannot recommend this trip enough! Hugo was such an amazing guide who was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and funny, and made this such a special experience. He taught us so much about the history of the region and was a great teacher when it came to riding the horses. Along the ride through the beautiful rainforest, he went out of his way to take us down a hidden path to a river for a swim, and took lots of awesome photos for us. Hotel pickup/dropoff is super convenient and the air-conditioned transportation was excellent. I highly recommend this tour and would absolutely do it again!! Thank you Hugo!!!

BEST horseriding experience, just book it now!! - Just WOW! We wanted to go horseback riding in the jungle and this tour was just amazing. First, we were really lucky to have the guide just for ourselves (my bf and I) and HUGO made our experience just wonderful. He was kind, polite, caring, excellent teacher and he made sure we felt safe during the whole trip. He taught us some interesting facts about his village here in Costa Rica (named Londres) and it was just so pleasant to have him as a guide. Half way through the tour, we stopped at a magical spot to swim and Hugo took pictures/videos of us. To finish this amazing day, we were taken to the Tucanes Tour's restaurant where we had delicious chicken. See pictures to give you a taste ;) WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR and if you get HUGO, well I guarantee you you're gonna have a blast and you won't regret it!
