This area is renowned for its biodiversity. Additionally, we’ll have the chance to capture stunning photographs using our HD spotting scopes, ensuring you have lasting memories of your visit.\n\nOpting for a morning tour allows additional time to savor the beach post-tour, whereas the afternoon may not afford the same leisure due to the Park’s closing time at 3:00pm.\n\nAfternoon excursions tend to be less congested than their morning counterparts. Should you wish to spend time at the beach during an afternoon tour, your guide will have an alternative ‘plan B’ to maximize your enjoyment!

- 1- Park is closed every Tuesday, open from Wednesday until Monday from 7am until 4pm
- 2- Park entry tickets are NOT included with the tour tickets, you must purchase your entry tickets separately BEFORE the tour meeting
- 3- Instructions how to purchase the park entry tickets will be sent after you confirm your tour, PLEASE be AWARE of your email notifications for further information regarding recommendations and more
- 4- Private parking is available next to our office $10 USD additional, unfortunately the MANP doesn’t have facilities as parking lot
- 5- Prebooked tickets MIGHT be available for last minute bookings, BEFORE confirming your booking PLEASE message us in order to confirm that we still have tickets available
- 6- If you’re trying to book LAST MINUTE your tour, please make sure there are tickets available for the day you’re planning to visit the park, if you don’t know how to confirm availability CONTACT US before confirming booking, the park entry tickets are selling out even 8 days in advance
- 7- If you’re arriving to the meeting place by public transportation please let us know in order to send the respective instructions

Once you get to the meeting place area make sure to look for the MANUEL ANTONIO OFFICIAL TOUR GUIDES office which is the park association we belong, the office is located 50m (165ft) walking distance from the park entrance, next to "Donde Alex" restaurant.

Walk tour - experience Manuel António Park wilderness - This was a great experience. Walking through the Manuel António Park with our guide, SAUL GUZMN, whom was very knowledgeable and pointed out the most diverse wildlife. We saw moths, spiders, a variety of insects and crabs, monos, a sloth (they were shy on this day!), various and amazing reptiles. All the information needed was provided on time and very efficiently. We stayed at the beach, had good snacks and did the recently built Punta Cathedral path (which I strongly recommend).

Highly recommend for Manuel Antonio! - My husband and I had the best time walking through Manuel Antonio National Park! Our guide was Mop and he was so knowledgeable and has eyes like a hawk! He was pointing out animals and lizards and birds that we would have never seen without him and his telescope. I highly recommend going with a guide, and to choose this tour and hope you get Mop! We saw a lot of people walking through on their own which works as the park is so peaceful and beautiful, but we wouldn’t have seen anything if we had done it on our own. I had really wanted to see a sloth and Mop made sure we found one - he even trekked back with us to see if there was more activity in the trees to see some. I highly recommend this tour and our guide!! It made our experience so much better.

Amazing first time experience, I highly recommend MOP as your guide!! - Our tour guide MOP was amazing. Using a spotting scope, he was able to show us & tell us so much about the Antonio Manuel national park, from plants, bugs, trees, to animals. We got to see one of the most poisonous snakes, she was beautiful. We were able to see 3 types of monkeys, 1 clan was playing & fighting in trees. A female Croc floating in the river. Beautiful rare birds that are normally hard to find. Bats that mate for life but our favorite were the sloths. We were able to record them moving around, they have GREAT hearing. They really look like stuffed animals, always with a smile.
The tour ends at a gorgeous beach, so wear your swimwear & take your towels, flip flops & water shoes. There are showers available for rinsing off before you leave the park
Chalo the parking attendant kept our car safe & was able to recommend a great place for dinner. Ronny’s Restaurant is a little off the main street but worth it !! Delicious food & drinks reasonably priced. Customer service A+ and gorgeous views of the ocean.

Mop es maravilloso - Mop was an incredible guide with a wealth of knowledge on all the local flora and fauna. You would think the animals are communicating with him directly the way he spots them from afar. We saw monkeys, sloths, lizards, birds, crocodiles, and more. I would absolutely recommend this tour!

Excellent - Super knowledgeable. Found everything. Other guides were asking ours for advice. With some other guides (on other tours), it felt that the guide was reading from a script. In contrast, Saul had deep knowledge on everything we saw.

This tour of Manuel Antonio is a MUST if you want to do the park right! - This tour was AMAZING! Roy was a great guide. He showed us so many animals through his scope and had so much knowledge. He made us feel special and took photos of the animals for us on our cell phones. We came for the sloths and we saw 4 and so many more cool animals!!

An unrivalled discovery by Manuel Antonio - Our Mop Guide was very nice and effective, it allowed us to see the animals we wanted to see (sloths and toucans) as well as many others: capuchins, howler monkeys, hawks, bats, etc. The visit at 7am is worthwhile, the park fills up quickly afterwards and it is not the same tranquility experience as what we have been able to live.

Beautiful recommended park (beware of con artists) - Beautiful park, very well maintained, you have to be attentive to see the animals. We entered as a family without a tour operator only the ticket previously purchased through the park website and had no problems. We could see sloths, capuchin monkeys, howlers, toucans, iguanas and others. Note that if you come by car only before arriving at the park there are many people trying to trick you into parking, tour at “tourist” prices, discounts and other services from my point of view not necessary.
