Nice ride - Easy ride in a comfortable van. Viator site was broken so we couldn't book pickup or drop off, but the company got it handled for us.

Pink mini van Manuel Antonio -> San Jose - Great shuttle, cool interior, perfect working a/c, you get your own pillow,… i would definitely recommend! The driver was friendly too.

Best shuttle experience in CR - The shuttle was well organized, the driver created a WhatsApp group before mentioning the route and who will be picked up at what time based on their hotel/location, sent us a reminder and hour before. The mini bus was very clean and safe. It had pillows, wifi and charging pods. Highly recommend!

Great Ride! - Highly recommend going with this company. We took 3 different transfer shuttles while in Costa Rica and this was by far the nicest. They bus was very clean, the driver was friendly, and he got us to our destination 1 hour ahead of time.

Friendly, calm and patient driver - Overall the ride was good. Driver was on time and stopped for bathroom breaks. He also gave us bottled water on the bus. The ride was supposed to be 3+ hrs but ended up being 6+ hrs due to traffic caused by an accident on the road. The company didn't give the driver my exact drop-off address so one passenger had to help navigate and we missed the turns a few times but again, the driver stayed calm and got me there in the end. He was still happy and smiley after 7 hrs of driving so I appreciate that. If I don't use their service again then it's because I'd rather fly than be stuck in the horrible traffic. But if shuttle is the way then I highly recommend this company.

Transport Manuel Antonio to San Jose - Great way to travel in Costa Rica. They were very friendly and punctual and made our trip back to San Jose on time. It’s nice to be without a rental car.

Do not use this company! - Awful experience! On The first trip down to Manuel Antonio from San Jose they showed up one hour late. The guide spoke zero English after the company states their guides are Bilingual. Also no water provided on board after the description states that water is provided. Then I asked for a bathroom break on the way down and he initially would not honor it but then had to honor it after he realized I was in distress. Then, on the way back from Manuel Antonio to San Jose we have the same driver and same van with dents in the side. No pink vehicle on either route as they claim their vans broke down and they are waiting on the part to fix it. The worst is yet to come! He does not know where any of the hotel drop offs are located. He had to use his GPS and drive at the same time! He was not paying attention to the road! He would get within arms lengths of other vehicles. He was lost trying to get us to our hotel and at one point he was going to turn left in a “right turn only” lane! I had to scream and motion to him to turn right! We had to have another passenger that spoke Spanish come up in the front of the van and use her GPS to get us to our hotel!
