A Sparkling Gem in Costa Rica - This was an unexpectedly delightful experience, and was my partner's favorite excursion of our trip. Herberto was a wonderful host and clearly had so much love for the horses and the land. THe waterfall we vistited was actually my favorite out of all the waterfalls we visited, which were many. We never would have been able to see it without this tour. Although the tour is five hours, you're not on horseback the entire time which was a positive for us. This truly was a gem and we couldn't recommend it more.

Authentic and Remote Experience - This was an incredibly unique and rustic experience. The entire tour was very remote and authentic. Even on a rainy day, we were all very happy that we got to experience this tour. Something to remember for a long time.

Beautiful experience!!! - Señor Gilberto was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the plants and animals we encountered. He was very familiar with the horses and gave an excellent tour. You can tell he is passionate about what he does. I enjoyed learning about the medicinal plants on the ranch and riding the horses through the beautiful landscape and waterfalls of the Tocori Mountains.

A surprising find. - This was an awesome experience. Great tour that focused on conservation in modern Costa Rica. The horses are beautiful and well trained. The guide, Randall, is excellent and makes sure everyone has a great time. He takes great photos and gives them to you at no charge. Lunch at a local restaurant was excellent. Don’t miss out on this experience.

The tour was the most exciting part of our trip - The tour was amazing. We were greeted at our hotel and taken to the landscape/farm and it was gorgeous The guide let us pick our own horse of many horses. Once we started riding the guide let us move at are on pace. The path was breathtaking we rode through rivers and the mountain sides. He took photos as we went and he gave tips to position our bodies down hill and up hill. We will definitely take the tour again.

Horse backing riding in paradise - The area where we rode was beautiful. The horses were mild mannered and seemed to be well cared for. Our guide Cesaer pointed out things along the trail. We even saw a toucan. The swim by th waterfall was so refreshing and we never felt rushed. Lunch afterwards was a very good Costa Rican meal. We would definitely recommend this tour.
