So many frogs! - Our guide was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the land and made sure we saw plenty of critters! The trails were easy but make sure you wear water shoes or light hiking shoes. Also might be a good ideas to wear pants. We will be doing this again. Had a a great time and the guide made sure we had a lot of good quality photos

Great night time wildlife spotting - particularly the frogs! - We had a very fun and informative tour seeing the jungle by night. Our guide Elias was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the wildlife as well as pointing lots of things out and helping us take great photos!

Great jungle night tour experience with Byron guide - We are 3 friends who have done the nighttour in the jungle with the guide Byron. Our guide Bryron has given us very good explanations and has detected many animal species such as frogs, toads, birds, spiders and chameleons. It has rained a lot but that has helped to see more frogs and it has been a great experience.

Experience in the jungle with lots of rain - Armando as a Great Guide, I play a lot of rain but that gave a magic to the great tour, we saw many species of frogs especially including the red-eyed frog, the classic of Costa Rica

Fun night at the Rainmaker - This was a fun experience. Stephanie was a great guide! It was a little spooky being out there at night but it was fun to have a flashlight and look for things! We took the rope bridge and saw a beautiful waterfall. Highlights were a venomous snake and scorpion! Along the pond there was a chorus of frogs, it was pretty cool! The guide said it wasn’t the best turnout for animals compared to other nights but we still enjoyed ourselve. The dinner and juice were delicious!

“Creepy” walk in the forest - We spend a good evening with a small group (7 in total) and our guide, Joseth, who was skillful and energetic showing us many different spiders, frogs and lizards. He also shared many facts about the fauna. At the end we had dinner, and Joseth shared his pictures, which was a good way to do it in stead of us all taking the same photo. Go ahead and take the tour, it is worth the drive to Rainmaker Park.

A great experience - If you want to see some of the incredible frogs in Costa Rica, this tour is for you. Our guide Kenneth, was excellent. We were picked up from our hotel on time. It takes 40 minutes or so from Manuel Antonio to Rainmaker Park but you will be picked up in plenty of time to arrive just as it gets dark. Kenneth took us around different paths around the park and was so good at spotting these little frogs and snakes. Rainmaker Park certainly lived up to its name with the paths in places becoming small rivers. Make sure you take a good quality waterproof raincoat and shoes that you may have to allow to dry out over the next day or so. Torches are provided though bring your own if you wish.

Wouldn‘t recommend this tour! - No Information about the 45 minute bumpy road drive (biggest no go for me), no cancelation option eventhough the weather was bad, fishing for reviews at the end of the tour, no time to look around really well to find more animals. Did a jungle night tour last year with a different operator and in comparsion to the tour last year, this tour was much worse. Sorry but I definitely wouldn‘t book it again!
