Worth it! - We went right after significant rain and wow, amazing. So much mud and true off-roading adventure. Often ATV trails are a bit tame and kinda boring - not this one! Guide Fabian (I think?!) was terrific also - native to Cozumel and full of interesting history. So much for us as adults and our 10-year-old son.

Great excursion! - Better than expected. Honestly! Everything on time, well organized, professional team, secure, the cavern wasn’t great but the whole package is amazing. Many miles drive. Great ATVs.

Excellent Customer Service - Willie was an EXCELLENT guide! We had some trouble with our ATV and we had a replacement within minutes. Our guides kept us safe and we were well taken care of. Lots of water offered as it was extremely hot. The trails are extremely bumpy and rough, as you would expect in riding through the jungle. Highly recommend if you are an adventure seeker and don't mind being thrown around a lot!

A great half day excursion! - We had originally booked this to start at 10:30, but got a response that they couldn’t accommodate us and could we move to 8:30. We agreed, but it meant another morning of getting off the ship early. We got to the meeting point, signed waivers, they checked drivers licenses for everyone, then took us to a van for the ~20 minute drive to the location. NOTE: they wouldn't accept an "intermediate" license in order to drive an ATV. I didn't realize one of party didn't have her "full" license. She was still allowed to go, just had to ride instead of drive. They had lockers available to rent for $6 deposit (got it back when we returned the keys). Then we loaded up on the ATVs and hit the trail. They also had a couple of photographers following us and able to get pictures of everyone. We ended up with 73 pictures for ~$100. The ride to Jade Cavern was fun and quite bumpy (which is why ATVs are fun). Our guide Willie was very good. He stopped every so often to make sure we were all together. I had a GoPro and would move it to a different ATV each time we stopped. Once we got to Jade Cavern, they gave us a little speech about cenotes (see-no-tay) and particularly Jade cavern. A lot of bats live in Jade cavern, which means there’s a lot of bat guano. But, the water keeps getting filtered through the rock and it stays clean. Our second guide (Carolina) demonstrated this by filling an empty water bottle from the cenote and it was clear. The water was very cool and we were allowed to swim in it. SOME excursions allowed folks to jump from ~24’ into the cenote (water depth ~65ft). Of course, we weren’t allowed to do so (wink, wink), and I didn’t do it twice because the first time my wife had the camera facing her (wink, wink) We spent about 20-30 minutes in the cavern, then back on the ATVs to the base camp. Now it was time for the fun part… Tequila tasting! They had a bar with about 8-10 flavored tequilas (vanilla, strawberry, mango, chocolate, coffee, etc). Coronado Rumpope. Unlimited tasting. And it was GOOD! I don’t think I tried any of them that were bad. Then they started mixing a couple (chocolate + coffee). Those were awesome too! Of course, you could purchase bottles. $40/1L. Between the eight of us, we purchased seven bottles. NOTE: Once I returned home, I found the vanilla & cappuccino 1L for <$20. Couldn’t find any of the other flavors. We did some shopping in their little stands, then back on the bus and to the port. We got back to the port between 11:30-Noon.

Mud and Ruts! Good fun! - This was my husband’s pick of an excursion so keep that in mind - and he did all the driving. The ATVs were very fun to drive/ride on and the paths were absolutely covered in puddles, bumps, and deep holes. You can rent crocs but we didn’t and we just lifted our feet/legs going through the puddles and didn’t get muddy. Miguel was our guide and he was great. He was Mayan and gave us a lot of info about the culture and the cenote caverns history. We were lucky because our group was just us and the guide who drove 1 other person which made it more personal. I cannot emphasize enough to cover yourself with bug spray! The mosquitoes were relentless and unfortunately we forgot our spray in our cabin. They have cans for sale for $10 and if you don’t have any definitely “splurge” and buy it. I thought I covered myself well enough and still got about 8 bites through my clothing, so spray skin and clothes both. There is a locker you can use which was handy bc there’s no storage on the ATV. The cenote stop was cool but the water was murky looking due to lots of recent rain so we didn’t go for a dip. Plus all the bats who occupy the space! We enjoyed the tour very much and it was only about 15 mins from our cruise terminal.

Horrible - discriminatory staff - Horrible company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Nowhere on their waivers does it state that individuals with Autism cannot participate. My son is 17 years old with autism very high functioning. Upon noticing that he was “different” they asked if he had Autism which I confirmed. The staff then berated myself and my son stating that due to the noise of the motors and the fact that an ambulance could not get into the cavern they did not want him to participate. I asked them where on their waivers or website it said that individuals with Autism could not participate. They continued to defend themself and speak to me and my son in a very nasty manner. Do not sign up with this company!

The worst experience ever the merchant was mean and hateful - I remember that the host did not think my wife and I should go on the tour my wife and I go on the tour because he didn’t think we could handle it. He was wrong and my wife confronted him about it and he refused to let us go. When we complain to buy tour, he said that we decided not to go so he lied to us and would not give us a refund Our grand granddaughter went on the tour and said we could’ve easily handled it. We also talked to another company that did the exact same tour and he was shocked that they were not let us on the tour. Took no responsibility and did not give us a refund. It is disgraceful the way the tour company and buy a tour behaved.
