Best experience in Cozumel yet! - Ricardo was amazing and took us on a guided snorkel tour. He was so patient with my son's best friend whom has never snorkeled before or been in the ocean. She was scared at first, but he put her and all of us at ease and ahe had a blast. She is ready to do ot again. Lunch was delicious, get the fish tacos! The park is beautiful and the sea lion show was so fun.bThey provide lockers so we didn't have to worry about theft. I would definitely recommend going and we will definitely come back! They took excellent care of us!

Great food and Service! - Great food and service, friendly staff and nice beach area. We enjoyed our time at the beach while my kids were out snorkeling. The park was not crowded so we had the whole place to ourselves. The happy crab restaurant staff was always looking after us. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you guys for a great day!

Great time! - The customer service was great, had dedicated beach chairs with shade, waiter was very attentive, clean bathrooms and the snorkeling was phenomenal! The lunch was delicious, our group had fish tacos and chicken fajitas. They accomodated our youngest who is 5 and was super easy to get from cruise port to park ($30 one way for 6).

Excellent service, great food, great place! - The sea lions show was really good, snorkeling was amazing and us being catholic , the statues we were able to see underwater , absolutely blow our minds. It is a nice place to relax, the food was great , will do it again for sure!

Incredible experience in Chankanaab Park! - I fell in love with Cozumel thanks to this experience. The all-inclusive day pass and lunch snorkeling was perfect. The food was delicious and the place is just beautiful. Our guide Luis was amazing, at all times he was watching for our safety and we were shown the underwater beauty of the island. Everything was well coordinated and we had no problem. I highly recommend this tour! If you are looking for a unique and fun experience in Cozumel, this Chankanaab experience is the ideal place, you will not regret it!

Excellent service, great food and friendly staff! - Félix from the restaurant and the guys from the dive shop really made our day and cruise stop worth It! Nice food and variety of choices on the menú and friendly staff. Ask for Ricardo the snorkel guide and Félix at the restaurant.

Great service inside the park. Waiters are very attentive to all your needs! - This package was 1st class. Had us at the front of the line when going to and checking into the park. So stress free and easy!!

Wonderful memories - We had a great time swimming with the dolphins! I loved making these memories with my family! We swam with Kathy the dolphin. Her trainer was super nice and sweet. The kids loved snorkeling in the area they have set up. Super safe environment.

We had bad weather, so we... - We had bad weather, so we weren't able to get in the water, except when we swam with the dolphins and manatees. Viator can't control that; we were disappointed but that's out of the hands of everyone. And they did a good job of informing us ahead of time that some aspects of our package would be limited (such as any beach or snorkeling activities) That being said, when we booked with Viator, and arrived at the park, the park seems confused about what package we had purchased, how to scan our phones to gain access, and what food and drinks were part of our package. We were told we could eat from a restaurant called the "Crab" that was blue and all the way at the far edge of the park. When we asked someone else for directions to the restaurant, they gave me a confused look and said that didn't exist in the park. So we didn't get to eat anything. The rest of the part was really cool and everyone was very nice. Swimming with the dolphins was fun.

Free lunch was very limited and took a long time - Loved the snorkling. The food was pretty good, but took over an hour after ordering. They only provided one free drink. Water was $4-$5 a bottle at all the places along the beach! Definitely bring your own. The food included was limited to nachos, fajitas, and burgers. The sea lion show was fun. The pics with the sea lion afterwards was not worth it as you couldn't take pics with your own camera, so you had to go to gift shop to pay for them. We also had to pay a $10 per person marine fee in addition to the $ for the excursion. It was also $15 per taxi (held 4 people total) so bring lots of cash!
