It was a great... - It was a great experience! At first, I was having a lot of anxiety since it was my first time doing that and I've never been snorkeling either so I was not used to breathing through my mouth with a tube. The instructors were very patient and helpful with trying to get me over the issue I was having, one of them even offered to let me use his goggles which were much better and allowed me to see better in the water which helped with my anxiety a lot. I eventually overcame my initial problems and was able to really enjoy the experience! They stayed with us the entire time and even took pictures of us under water (the photos Costa an extra $45 and get emailed to you, no printed copies available for purchase) we opted out of purchasing the photos. They also provided a locker and you have the option to snorkeling after the Snuba diving too or just spend the day cat the park exploring because you pay an extra $17 at the entrance for an entree fee which is not included in your package, neither is transportation there, we took a local taxi which costs $15. Overall, great experience, it was beautiful down in the water we went about 25 feet deep.

My grandkids and I went... - My grandkids and I went snuba diving . It was so fun. Hosea our leader did a great job showing us some of the sea creatures.

José was great!!! - Getting from the ship to the park took a taxi ride which cost $15 and it took about ten minutes. Jose, the guide, came and picked me up and stayed by my side all the time. He took time to explain the process and after took time to show the proper way to SNUBA. The experience was fun. José was kind to make a video of me under water. Overall experience was fun and I would recommended to others.

Snuba Experience - The snuba adventure was really amazing. We had Imanol as a guide, he was very patient with one of us who had never done any type of these activities in the past. He took his time, explained everything in detail and the tour was a success. Under the water we could see different algae, plants, fish, dolphins, etc. Imanol took photos and videos of our adventure and we were able to obtain them for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

Nice day at the park - Compared to other snorkeling experiences, there was.good reef to swim around and look at. Compared to a previous snuba experience which took us by boat to a reef just offshore, it was not as organized. Also, our tank didn’t last as long as what would be expected. Suspect there was a leak somewhere in the system as my husband and I (both open water certified divers) ran out of air before our 13 and 15 year old with no diving experience Admission to park was separate. The park is nice and has lots to offer. Overall a good experience and my boys had.a blast.

Do it! You thank yourself - I had a great time! I have pictures to prove it! The big decision was whether to go via Viator or book through the cruise ship. I travel solo. I’m not sure how to decide. Here’s the deal: cost $20 each way by cab. And another $25 to enter the the compound. The SNUBA was EXCELLENT! And there’s so much else to do here all day. Theres dolphins, manatees, tequila tasting restaurants plenty of booze and cocktails. The drinks are really strong. There’s snorkeling. This place is very big and very nice. I enjoy the freedom that Viator offers. No set time to return I really recommend the nice crew at the SEA TREK THEY WERE VERY NICE!

no option to get refund even though we could not able to use the service fully. - We could not able to use this service due to water fobia We did not had option to get money back. thought we can get partial refund but no use.

Worst ever experience in my life for any activity - Worst experience I ever had with any activity. only my daughter did activity. They took many bookings for same time. Only one person was there who was doing everything including sea trek. Booking time of 1 PM, activity was done at 3PM that too for short time 10 mins. Not proper safety. I didn't do the activity as operator was not able to do at proper time. Wasted ticket for chaknaab national park due to this most importantly time. Viator is highly unprofessional company to book this. First experience with viator. They didn't refund my part although I provided operator written note to viator. This didn't happen with me only. It happened with whole group.
