This experience was very pleasant, the cenote was the best with very clear and refreshing waters. - This tour was nonstop fun from start to finish! Riding ATVs through the jungle trails in Cozumel was such an awesome adventure, with exciting paths and breathtaking scenery. Then, cooling off in the cenotes was absolutely perfect—the water was crystal clear, and it felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of nature. Our guide was super friendly and always made sure everyone was having a great time and staying safe. The organization was excellent, with just the right amount of time to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. I would totally do it again

Fun filled day! - Our tour guide Cesar was friendly and knowledgeable. My family and I had a wonderful time riding ATV’s, diving/swimming in the cenote and tasting tequila! We were back to the port with plenty of time.

Claudio - thank you - My husband and I went to Cozumel for our honeymoon ended up booking this ATV private tour. Claudio was very informative. He actually let my husband drive a pink buggy, which was very nice. Then we made our way onto the ATV into like this rainforest jungle type of area. We got to visit a bat cave, some people actually jumped off the cliff area into the water. Claudio also took us on to a tequila tasting as well. For me and my husband we had fun.

Grandson's high school graduation trip to Cozumel was the highlight of our cruise - i have been on multiple Viator excursions and have found them to be very reliable and professional. ATV ride was long time and we very much enjoyed the terrain, the swim in the pool, pictures at the ruins, the food and the tequila tasting. I had my grandkids (16,18) with me and they had a blast.

Fun ATV tour - The Tour guide was amazing and figured out any little issue that popped up. We rode fast and furious style in mustangs to get to the ATVs and then rode to see the sights. We saw a cenote and got to see bats there as well as the beauty, & hear about the history. We then went for tequila tasting next to a church(so funny) and next to the beach. Great experience!

You won’t regret it!!!!! - The four wheelers were amazing. We really did go, off-road the history about the cenote with babies, and the spirits protecting them in a cave that was over 3 million years old! Our tour guide was helpful and took us to the best tequila tasting after giving us an opportunity to cool off and a wonderful pool!

ATV was fun. Come prepared to pay extra. - I didn’t like how they charged me and my girl an extra $66 when we were getting picked up. The ATV was the best part, fun but short. The Cenote was okay, a bit dirty. Didn’t really expect much though. Tequila tasting was good. $350 for the aged bottle. Just an fyi.

Mediocre Jungle Adventure - Right when we got there, they said we owed 30 more dollars after we paid for the ticket on Viator. The experience was fun. We took four wheelers through a Mayan Village and ended at a Cenote Where we jumped into a bat filled cavern of water. Then we went to a tequila tasting in this guy‘s backyard. It was all very authentic, and I thought the guides were cool and knowledgeable people. I was just really disappointed that we had to pay more right whenever we got there because I was not expecting that. Also they took us to shop in the Village and I could’ve spent more there like I was planning to do. I would bring cash if you want to shop in the Mayan village Because they charged my card A little more than I was told it would be. Also my ears hurt pretty bad after jumping into the water so jump in straight or you’ll go to deep and the barometric pressure changes too fast. It was a good experience, but I would probably pick a different excursion.

Worst experience ever - The guide said he was our guide but wanted too charge us 30 dollars more before we took trip he first asked for 120 because we had 5 people but 5 x 30 is 150 not 120 then the guide didn't have a list of people he was supposed too meet many problems so instead of getting mugged on the trip or scammed we decided not to go I really don't think it was our guide and we spent an hour trying to find meeting point I had Mexican authorities trying too contact people on phone number that was printed on my online ticket they kept telling me it was disconnected one person even showed me on her phone that it wasn't a good number we should get our money back because of all the confusion our tickets said paid in full so we shouldn't have been charged extra when we meet our guide someone also was trying too msg me though what's app witch is anouther red flag about my experience I have several friends writing a really bad review telling the cruise blog not to book any of your tours

Nuestra Travesia de horror - Cancun Adventure Tours is the worst thing that has happened to me in Mexico in the two years I have gone. The excursion was purchased and we arrived at the port or pier of the Center in Cozumel, when I verified the service was in the port of Cozumel, I called and no one answered and I wrote to ask them to pick us up, their response was that we should take a taxi, we were a group of 10 people, we arrived at the meeting place at 11:47 and there was no one, the excursion was for 12, we walked the area and there were other vendors from other tours who helped us try to find the person, we walked several times from Royal Village to Marti and no one knew about them, during that period some men arrived on a scooter and one of them asked me for cigarettes and money, I told them no and continued with my son. Finally someone answered the phone, it was already after 12:20, he asked me to give him 5 minutes to find the guide who was going to help us. After 5 minutes she called me back and asked me to walk to a meeting point, the Marti store, and there was a lady named Cynthia who was the guide. She was not identified nor did she have an ID or uniform. I told her where the ATVs were and if the activity was going to be done because of the rain and she just told me that it was more fun in the rain, at that moment she told me, look, this other group is going to do the activity with you, guess what? , the same one who had asked me for money and cigarettes was going to go on a tourist excursion... mmm kind of strange no, well there I told him that I was going to talk to my group and everyone for our safety and for the non-compliance of more than 40 minutes, We decided to cancel the tour. At that moment, even though Cynthia knew that there were minors in the group, she began taking photos of us until we got into the taxi. Now neither Cancun Adventure nor Trip Advisor want to return the money.
