• Hard Rock Cafe - The tour begins at the designated meeting point. The guide will accompany participants by taxi (included in the tour) to downtown Cozumel, showcasing the area, shopping districts, picturesque spots, and more. After familiarizing participants with the shops and surroundings, the guide will remain nearby, allowing guests to freely explore the shopping area.

The tour includes a visit to the “Species Store,” where guests are greeted with iced tea and can sample various sauces made on-site, some of which are mild. The process of preparing herbs for tea will also be demonstrated. Following this, the tour proceeds to the Black Coral Store, where visitors can observe the workspace and learn how jewelry is crafted from black coral sourced from the ocean depths.

The guide will be available for assistance or information throughout the tour. Afterward, guests will have free time to continue shopping or enjoy a meal or drink at nearby restaurants. The guide will then gather everyone to board a taxi back to the cruise port, where the cruise ship is docked. The tour includes visits to stores recommended by cruisers, offering special discounts for cruise passengers.
