Fun cruise excursion. - Pick up spot was a short walk from the cruise pier (we were on Royal Caribbean and walked to 7-11). Our guide Victor was awesome! Very knowledgeable about the area and the cenotes. It rained the night before which made the ATV ride super fun - tons of mud and puddles to ride through. We had 1 ATV that kept stalling so that would be the only negative. Tequila tasting was good, no high-pressure sales. Beach break lunch was good, chicken fajitas. We snorkeled and saw a variety of sea life. Pools at the beach weren’t very clean.

Worth it! - Wonderful tour! Alex was an excellent tour guide. It rained when we were there, making the ATV ride even better with all the puddles we rode through. The cenote was nice for a quick swim or to jump into, tequila tasting was good, and the chicken fajita lunch on the beach was yummy (I would skip the restaurant’s margaritas though (not included in the tour price) as they were basically cheap tequila and not much else). The beach in front of the restaurant was rocky and we didn’t have a lot of time to swim there since we were also there for lunch. But the ATV ride was the real highlight and so much fun!

Amazing - We chose this tour, instead of an excursion from the ship. It was the best decision! We dealt with Victor mostly and he was amazing. His coworker was great too. The trip was a lot of fun.

ATV riding YES! Playa Uvas, pass. - ATV riding was phenomenal! Our guide, Alexander was very informative and attentive. Please pack bug spray, sunglasses and a bandanna or something to cover your face from the dirt that kicks up from riding. The vendor does offer those items for sale but if I knew ahead of time, I would have packed my own. Jade Cenote was nice, the history behind it is the seller. Tequila tasting was cool. Pure tequila is so much different than the mass production tequila that I am used to. Playa Uvas was not what we expected. The included lunch was what they chose, chicken fajitas. Their full menu was available for extra cost. Beverages were an additional cost. The bottom of the ocean is very rocky and I don’t mean pebbles, I’m talking very large rocks. I suggest water shoes. They have a small pier built to get into the water, it’s wood so beware for splinters. There really isn’t an alternative way to get in.

It was ok - Our guide was nice . There was very little communicating to us during the excursion . What was happening and when??? They put us through a sales session of selling tequila which took away our time of snorkeling . We drove ourselves there in their cars . They didn’t make sure we stayed together during drive .

Screwed over - Our cruise left Sunday before hurricane Milton came to Tampa, when we got close to Cozumel, the port calls were switched. So we got screwed over for our excursion. Tried getting the day switched to do the excursion but got no response or help from anyone. I will NEVER book ANYTHING with Trip advisor ever again.
