Great time - Great communication from start to finish. Atv ride was amazing and the jade cavern was beautiful. We then went to a beach resort for lunch and shopping. The tour guides were great and full of information. Definitely recommend

Excellent off the road ATV fun. - Loads of fun. Off the beaten path but well organized. Good people. Make sure you ask around at the meeting point to get to the right group. It is a little walk once you get back to pass by the shops. Keep a close eye on the time.

Great Adventure - The tour overall was great. There was a bit of miscommunication at the meeting point. However, that was sorted out because we were able to meet our tour guide. Since others would have booked the tour with us, the tour guide had vehicles available for us to drive to the designated area. After we've reached the area, we were given a little heads up on what to expect during the tour. At the spot there were mask available to rent and or purchase for a cheap price. During the tour, the tour guide ensure that each and everyone of us was okay during the adventure. As it gets down to Cenote, there is quick sand so you have to be careful when entering or you can damage yourself. All in all, the tour was very informative SD friendly with everyone. Be sure to book this tour whenever you're visiting. You will enjoy yourself like I did.

Great bang for your buck - The trip was simply fabulous. We met them just outside the port in Cozumel. They transported us via a car to the Atv area which each of us had our own ATV. The scenery was excellent, and we stopped at a water hole and jumped in. We were plenty dirty by the time we got back and had a wonderful time. The guides were very attentive and helpful. They then dropped us off at a beach bar area and provided us with chicken tacos. The beach area is very clean and has many activities to do. It’s a great beach area to snorkel if you have your own snorkel equipment. We are giving them a 10 out of a 10. Everyone was very happy with the experience and there were none of us.

Cozumel ATV, Tequila tasting and beach club. - Armando, our driver, was excellent. We had a great conversation about Cozumel tourism, politics in us and Mexico, family. He was able to answer all of my questions. I don’t speak much Spanish. His English was excellent. We started on ATVs. They were powerful and fun. It had been rainy for the past couple days so it was muddy with lots of water filled pot holes- made it that much more fun! My ATV died and wouldn’t restart so one of the guides gave me his ATV. We stopped at the denotes (caves). Options to jump off and into the water from a high area. Many people enjoyed this. I did not try. Then finished up the ATV ride then to tequila tasting (good) and education. Then on to the beach club. The weather did not cooperate with water sports (was very windy). So we had lunch then just relaxed on beach chairs. Lunch was good but could have been more and no drinks (not even water) were included. Prices were also not cheap. Everything was good with Armando and the ATV rides being the highlights and the beach club prices being a negative. Also, photographer takes photos during the ATV rides, getting some good action shots. Photos are available for purchase.

Good excursion - We had a great time riding the atv’s and seeing the cenote. It’s a fun trip. The guys were very helpful. There was someone taking pix which was a nice option too. Meeting up at the 7-11 was easy and smooth. We also had the option of spending some time at the beach before they dropped us back there.

Great excursion, definitely jump, you'll regret if you don't! - It was a great experience, I loved the Atv riding and the Cenote hopping, I can't swim but my friends did the jump and they loved it. My 2 only gripes are that we didn't have as much time to do the snorkeling, that's just time constraints. The other thing is that the driver was making certain comments in spanish that didn't bode well with me and my crew. We were all women so there are certain things we are cautious about when doing an excursion alone and him saying "whoever gets drunk first comes home with me" is not something us women want to hear when about to do tequila tasting. Other then that, the rest of the people we encountered were amazing and we had a blast in Cozumel.

We were encouraged to buy tequila at the second spot but never got to stop there. So that experience did not happen. - All went smooth until was time to return. People that needed to be back for their cruise ships ended up taking taxis back as there was no transportation there to pick us up. There was a lot of confusion on getting the rest of us back to our drop off locations. In our party we had 2 people that volunteered to drive. We had to drop a couple off to get onto their cruise ship. The lead car did not pull over so we made the drop and then drove on. We found them on the side of the road. The lead car then had us follow him to a stop point that none of us were headed to. We tried to explain where we needed to be and there was still confusion. We finally got to our original spot after a lot of confusion.

waste of time - Poorly organized from the beginning . Too much time spent waiting for paperwork, transportation, etc. ran very late. Had to sit though a tequila sales pitch that wasn’t part of the program

Don’t expect any refunds - Do not expect to be refunded if you have bad weather. We are having a huge downpour this morning, but they are not canceling the tours. They have told me that the lightning I witnessed is not actually happening and that the weather is actually perfect for this activity. I’m told they are very experienced and I should just trust their expertise. And I’m also told that they do not offer refunds for bad weather. I definitely won’t be using this tour operator in the future and probably won’t be booking through Viator again.
