Fantastic time at Cozumel - We had a fantastic time with captain Jesus (choochoo) and guide Reiyes. They took us around the island. We actually saw sea rays, star fish, sea turtle, baby shark. We had the best guacamole, pico, and boat made margaritas, listening to Mexican music. Swam in a gorgeous shallow area, enjoying the music, water and snacks. We had a beautiful day at Cozumel. Highly recommend our captain and guide.

Truthful and honest opinion - Excellent trip. Very friendly and helpful Captain and guide. I felt sick because of the rocking of the small boat but that's just me. Everything else was perfect. The waters were very choppy that day but that's no fault of the tour operators.

Excellent day out, beautiful fish! - The GOOD Got picked up at exactly 10.15am in front of the ferry station as promised and taken to the boat. We weren’t able to go placar etc due to weather which was informed the night before but they took as to some reefs north and they were amazing. So many beautiful fish and coral! The boat was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, they spoke fantastic English and had a good sense of humour. The food was delicious (pineapple, guacamole , salsa and corn chips) . You don’t need to be a strong swimmer the currents aren’t very strong and are entirely manageable with flippers but an ability to swim is important. There were a series of people on my tour that couldn’t swim and whilst our leader was incredibly patient and caring it was the wrong environment for them and hard for the rest of the group. Would absolutely snorkel with these guys again! The BAD - they definitely squeeze on more than 12. Our boat had approximately 16 and it seems you sit and wait for the boat to get full. We were on the boat until 10.50am before it finally departed. - you aren’t allowed sunscreen. I appreciate we need to be protect the reef but for a fair skinned person like me I got BURNED. It would be helpful if they supplied some reef friendly sunscreen or if this was advised prior to booking. - it’s not 4 hours on the water it’s more like 3 hours. Our boat didn’t leave until 10.50am and we were back by 2. I did feel like we had enough time at each reef though. - Photo purchase really expensive (40 USD) - You aren’t allowed beers until you finish snorkelling (although to me this was sensible as drinking and swimming can be risky)

Excellent value. My... - Excellent value. My cruise ship offered this for $325. I paid about 50. Only issue was that they forgot to pick me up! I called them and they quickly sent someone to get me.

Wonderful experience and absolutely beautiful snorkeling trip! - This was a great experience. There was a little bit of chaos when we arrived because of a group that was leaving at the same time as us. Once that got sorted, our money was collected and we were directed to a small boat. (not the boat in the picture on the website, but fine). We had 14 people in our group, the boat capacity was 16, so definitely full. Geo and Jesus were our guide and captain for the day and they were pretty awesome and fun. We had a great day doing exactly what they said we'd do. Went to three different snorkel areas, stopped at the end near a sand bar where the water was waist deep and saw stingrays! while we ate a snack of fresh made guacamole, chips and pineapple. Plenty of water, soda and beer to drink. Saw lots of fish, 2 turtles, lobsters, stingrays,.... Bring a 50spf swim shirt if you get burned easily. You will not be able to bring or apply sunscreen once you get on the boat. Don't worry about pictures, Geo had an underwater camera and you can buy them from him for super cheap $30-40 usd.

Good snorkeling operator, very bad communication on the part of Trip Advisor - For a slightly choppy day the experience was good. I would have liked the boat to be closer to the snorkeling group so pickup would be easy if someone were to become fatigued. Regarding Trip advisor, we booked through them and they totally dropped the ball on informing El Cielo that we had a reservation for 4 and needed pickup at the Virgin Cruise dock. Had I not called and made contact since we never heard from El Cielo or Trip Advisor we would have missed the trip solely because Trip Advisor did not communicate with El Cielo.

Great crew - The crew was very nice. Captain was very patient with me overall was a good experience. I just wish they would’ve told us that the first stop counted for two of the four stops. Because I was slow going into the water and I decided to skip it thinking, we were going to another place to snorkel

Excellent - The service of the tour was very good, the guide and the attention of the staff in general. There are unlimited drinks along the way that are great for the ambient heat on site I liked the tour as the day and the weather were perfect. I don't give the 5 stars because that day we weren't lucky to see much diversity of marine species but if we saw a turtle, manta rays, and a couple of species of fish but I expected more diversity which is alien to the power of the tour administrator Super recommended the service, was as described by the trip advisor tour

Great snorkelling and guides but not a great overall experience - The tour was great (including all boat and tour staff), but the owner was abrasive. She asked us for the $67 US balance we were "supposed" to pay in cash. I had to prove I had paid in full, as most had only paid a deposit. Why doesn't the owner have a record of this? Then she said we had to use sunblock and not on the boat. That makes sense, but after much research, I purchased a very pricy Reef-Safe sunblock. She was very cold and didn't want to listen. Luckily, the tour was great, even though our boat's battery died. We spent an hour waiting for answers, and eventually, we got a new boat.

A little unorganized. Had... - A little unorganized. Had to wait for stragglers and then stop at hotels along the way that had no guests waiting. Communication amongst staff not great. Crew were fun and engaging
