Lovely Shore Excursion from Disney Fantasy - Our tour started with a rainy (but quick) walk from the cruise terminal to the meeting spot with our guide, Jose Carlos. The directions provided in our booking confirmation were excellent, and JC was waiting for us when we arrived 15 minutes early! JC was a proud local and it was obvious in his touring style - he was full of tidbits about Mayan history even though we weren't visiting any archeological sites, and he took so much time at the beaches explaining the work being done with the sea turtle population. He also got us safely around to our tequila tastings (more tasting rooms than bars) and some truly fantastic beaches/bars on the "other side." Sure, the tastings are at spots geared to tourists, but we really enjoyed the products considering neither of us really sip tequila on its own back home in the States. And the mojitos at the beach were truly the best ;) The tacos and beer to end the afternoon were also delicious, and he steered us to some more obscure/local tacos to try that we loved! We were so pleased with this day and I would not hesitate to use JC and Leon Tours again for another adventure if we return to Cozumel!

Taste the tequila… it’s worth it - Our driver JC was amazing, he gave us a great tour through town and pointed out many neat spots and provided some details about the founding of Cozumel, traditions and cultures. We stopped at 5 different places that were all cool and unique in their own way. He had plenty of drinks in the car and never rushed us anywhere and let us enjoy the atmosphere. He was a pleasure to spend the day with and was very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommend this tour and JC

Great trip - We had a great tour of Cozumel, from tequila tastings to beautiful beaches this was a blast. JC was the perfect guide, he had interesting things to share while we drove from place to place, my fiancée and I loved it.

Highly Recommend this Fun, Private Tour - JC and Leon tours are the best! JC is 4th generation on Cozumel and the knowledge he has of the island is unmatched, he knows everyone and he's so nice! When they say private tour, it truly is. It was 4 of us, two couples traveling together. Our requests were tequila tasting, fresh guacamole and tacos, he fulfilled everything we wanted and it was amazing! He also had a ice chest filled with cold drinks for the drive. We learned the history, felt incredibly safe and meet some of the nicest people on the island. No worries about getting back to the boat, whatever time we wanted to be back worked for JC! This is a top choice for us! Until next time JC!❤️

Great Way to See the Wild Side - We had a group of 7 that booked this bar hop so we could experience the east side of Cozumel. Gerson was our guide and Felipe was our driver and they were both very sweet and accommodating. They were happy to comply with our request to eat before we started to sample the beach clubs and we had a lovely breakfast at a very local restaurant off the beaten path that we never would have found as tourists. We then had a tour of a family owned tequila farm and tasting of some very good tequilas. We stopped at several beach bars and got to see the island without worrying about driving. Gerson shared the history or the island and he was so charming. He had a full cooler of beverages for the trip and is flexible about your pick up and drop off locations offering several choices. The price is very reasonable and we all had an enjoyable and memorable day. I think the AC in the van needs a bit of help but that’s my only suggestion for improvement. Thanks again Gerson!

Best bar tour in Cozumel - JC is the best tour guide. I recommend him if you’re ever wanting to do this tour. We will be back and will be using him for every tour we do in Cozumel.

Wonderful fun private tour of the island with the most amazing guide! - Our driver JC was amazing! He took us to a local taco tent to eat street tacos that were delish! Then We went to a tequila factory and over to the east side of the island where the views of the ocean were absolutely beautiful! Back to the west side and visited a couple of cantinas! Fun great afternoon!!
