Best tour ever !!! - We took the tour yesterday Oct.31/23 and it was one of the single most amazing things I have done to date!!! Our guide Juan was amazing helped everyone see all the sea life that we experienced our photographer Rene got so many great photos and we were able to purchase them for a great price !!!! Our captain/chef my apologies I can’t remember his name was amazing and made sure all of us were fed and hydrated and maneuvered the boat in a fast and professional manner that made me feel safe in the open ocean !! The boat was very clean and all snorkel gear was sanitized and readily available! I highly recommend the entire crew if you are ever in Cozomel and want to experience an amazing tour!!!

Magnificent 🤩 - Extraordinary ! Do not miss. The team was great and took us on several stops. We saw turtles, rays, starfish and a multitude of fish! The photographer took superb underwater photos for us. I recommend ++++

Chac Choc snorkeling tour - This was a private tour with a group of 16, all family and friends, ages ranging from 3 to 71, on 6/30/2023. Very friendly, funny staff and felt very safe in their care both on the boat and in the water. The water, the sites, the fish, turtles, starfish, stingrays were all extremely beautiful and exciting. Additionally, after snorkeling, the drinks and food were good and appreciated. Thank you Chac Choc Tours, you did a wonderful job accommodating us and making this a fantastic day on and in the water!

Fantastic Experience! - Absolutely wonderful experience! We booked through our hotel and they picked us right up from the resort dock. The guide, Renee, and photographer, Vincent, were great and super helpful. They provided support for people new to snorkeling and constantly were making sure everyone was OK and comfortable. Vincent took awesome photos and set us up for some great shots with the sea life. We saw TONS of fish, sea turtles, sting rays, and massive starfish. The excursion ended at a gorgeous sand bar. The staff provided us with drinks, fresh fruit and even sandwiches. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone visiting Cozumel.

Terrible. Cancelled with no notice. - We never went snorkeling. We wandered around the meeting area and called the local number provided three times before we were directed to someone who finally told us the trip had been canceled because there weren’t enough people to go. Have not received a response about refund yet.
