Culture and Cuisine in Cozumel - What a fun 3 hours to spend in Cozumel! We had a wonderful time learning more about the mayan culture and food and enjoyed several courses during the process. Food was absolutely delicious and the staff worked so very hard to make sure we all had a great culinary experience. I highly recommend...one of my favorite all time experiences in Cozumel.

The best cooking excursion EVER! - This tour was fantastic. It was hands on, educational, fun and delicious. There were many courses of food and we were so full when we left. All of us totally loved it. And the venue was beautiful. The presenter was fabulous and they even had an educational video. Don’t miss out on this great experience

Mayan Culinary Experience - The cooking class at Ix Kool was amazing. Our guide through the cuisine and history was Alex and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure to connect the traditions of the cooking to current and past dishes. Excellent way to spend time in Cozumel if you want something out of the water and away from the beach.

Wonderful Experience/ Great Value - The food was great and the tastes were new! It was a fun experience during which we learned about the Mayan history and culture. I would recommend the class and the restaurant. It was easy to get there from the cruise ship.

Great Experience - This was an informative and hands on class. The restaurant was clean and well kept. We prepared a couple dishes, but ate 5 plus a desert. We also had 3 different non alcoholic beverages. I give this a 10. The only down that I didn’t use to bring the 10 down was the restroom is upstairs by stairs only. That’s just the design and has nothing to to with the workers and their professionalism and excellence customer service.

Highly recommend - I had a wonderful time! Though it was a little hard to locate, the food and experience was amazing! The only other negative is we did not get our margarita since there were too many people who booked the experience. But otherwise I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!

Bust - Vendor did not have reservations for our time as scheduled with Trip Advisor so it was cancelled. Also directions were very hard to understand. Very disappointed!

Terrible communication and address - I put the address in maps and Google maps and it took us in circles. I called their contact number, then messaged them through the App with no response. After a $20 taxis ride I called trip advisor and they tried contacting them. They said they would ask for a refund? That’s BS, give me my money back. I did everything possible to find them. We went to Europe last year and used trip advisor for everything and never had a problem
