Don’t book through viator - Do not and I mean do not book through Viator. Wheelchair accessible means you need to be able to walk and get out of a jeep that’s off the ground. When you complete your tour and before they get you back to where they pick you up, they ask for more money than what you were told to pay and they want it in cash. At that point you’re held hostage because what are you’re going to do - argue when you’re in a country that you can’t get around in. I purchased two different tours and BOTH were bad experiences. When you complain, they have to check with the operator so it’s their words over yours.
