Great Fun - Kids had a blast and looking forward to doing 2024 This will be our 4th trip to Mr Sachos. Always best time ever.

Aquatic fun - Fun for most all ages with a little bit of a challenge for some. Our teens spent almost the entire day climbing and jumping.

Special cruise day excursion - I’m basing this review on my 11 yo and 14 yo granddaughters. They lived the aquatic park. It was challenging and they had a blast.

Worth the price - My teenage daughters enjoyed themselves! Super cheap! Highly recommend! Start early to enjoy the park and beautiful beach

Fun - The aquatic park was great for kids. They played in the area for a long time. The only thing that would be suggested is to include it in the day pass price or make note that the area is visible from the beach so adults don’t need to purchase tickets, too

Fun - Mr Sanchos is always fun, but they need more inflatables. Waitstaff is always great. The bees were annoying.

Bad business practices - We purchases the aquatic park which included "park entrance," but we're told it was closed when we arrivec. However, we were offered to pay $69 pp to enter. What is includes "patk entrance" mean? He said his phone has the full information. His phone!!!
I did not get a single notification it was closed, but I was supposed to have been aware of the manager's phone content.
I would have never paid $40 for taxis to a closed activity. He said ask for a refund, knowing refunds are not allowed the day of the tour. If I had the information that it was closed 24 hours in advance, I could have planned something else. Instead, kids and I left in tears. Bad business practice, bottom line.

You’re prey, not a guest! - Our reservation was not honored and the staff was incredibly unsympathetic and condescending because we refused to upgrade to the all-inclusive package. It wasn’t even about the money and more about not being swindled by the ridiculously obvious bullying tactics. Stay far away!!! We ended up going to Tortugas Beach Club and had a blast!

Fraudulent, force you to make an extra $69 purchase to honor any activity. - We purchased our tickets for the aquatic park though trip advisor but once we got there we were told that we must purchase an additional day pass ($69 USD) in order for the aquatic tickets to be valid. This is horrible business practice and fraudulent. They take advantage of tourist by forcing them to make this extra purchase. Sanchos was unwilling to honor the trip advisor purchase for the aquatic park only.
