Amazing Cenotes - The tour was incredible. Our guide Arturo, was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and super friendly. Cenotes were incredible, and we were treated to an excellent lunch afterwards. 10/10. Would definitely recommend.

Cenote, lunch, lagoon - This was our second tour with this tour company (first in 2023), and I can’t say enough good things! Always on time and catered to your specific needs. Alex is the best tour guide, he’s so fun and so knowledgeable. I would not do a tour with anyone else in this region. Highly recommend!

Amazing guide, amazing experience! - We went on the private tour with Alex and driver Enrique and it was so nice! Punctual pick-up at our airbnb as well as knowledgable information about Mayans and Mexican history even in the car before we arrived the experience started!

Best private tour ever, hands down. - This cenote tour was one of the best moments in my life. Cenote Sac Actun tour was more like an exploration. In this huge cave, there were only my wife, me, and our guide Alex(Alenjandro), while Taak Bi Ha has one of the most beautiful water I have seen.
This private tour is not cheap but 100% worth it. There’s no delay for picking up/dropping off multiple guests here and there. Alex and our driver Enrique showed up on time and were so nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this company again to explore other beautiful cenotes.

Amazing tour, would book again - We got a little lucky since it was raining in the morning, so there was no one in the cenote when we were there!
Juan was our guide and Rodrigo was out driver. They were both amazing! Picked us up right on time, provided drinks in the van. The cenote was beautiful, wet suits and life jackets were provided. Recommend water shoes. Would book again!

Best day of our vacation! - We can't say enough about how much we recommend this tour! We had a great tour with Juan and Armando! Armando was our driver and Juan was our private tour guide. We actually did a three cenote tour, which was not listed on the drop down menu, and we were so glad we saw all three of the breathtaking cenotes that they took us to!
We started with lots of fun and zip lining plus cliff jumping at Jaguar, then took in the peaceful waterlilies and snorkeling at Nicte-Ha. We finished with the thrill of visiting the underground, yet giant cavern of Taak-Bi-Ha. All three were amazing and very different and unique.
Our group ranged in age from 10 years old to adult. Juan and Armando were amazing in tailoring our day to something each person totally enjoyed. Their attention to detail and granting custom requests, such as a jungle trek to see off-the-beaten-path ruins, were an extra-special part of our day! We had as much time as we wanted in each location, and we learned a lot about the area. A delicious lunch and good, cold margaritas rounded out the day!
Everyone in our group of 11 agreed it was the best day of our vacation!

Excellent tour visting Cenotes near Tulum - We booked the tour to visit 3 cenotes with lunch included - clear booking process, good communication beforehand from Claire and pick up on time. Cenotes were chosen on the day with advice from Alex - we first visited Nicte-ha, which was open with beautiful clear water, fish and lily pads. Arriving early we had the place to ourselves. We then went to Pet Cemetery, a small $10 supplement each but worth it to experience a short swimming circuit through caves surrounded by stalagmites, stalactites and flying bats. Again, we mainly had this to ourselves, seeing one other group on exit. Final stop was Dos Ojos, where we were able to enter the bat cave (with the less welcome addition of a few mosquitos!). Lunch in the locally run restaurant opposite Dos Ojos was very good. Alex was an excellent guide and looked after us both throughout the day. Would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience a variety of cenotes, largely avoiding the crowds and in the hands of an excellent guide with good local knowledge.

Wonderful and unique experience! - The 2 cenotes we visited were each quite different and both remarkable -one open air with lilypads and the other underground.. Neither was crowded or touristy. They were really beautiful snd so unique! Perfect for swimming and snorkeling.Our guide Joshua was awesome. He was very informative and fun to talk to. Highly recommend!

A beautiful time in Mexico - We had a beautiful time in the cenotes, it is my favourite memory of our Cancun trip! We went to Nicte Ha, it was a small gem but so lush with water lilies and baby fish. And then we went to Taak Bi Ha which was a very cool cave. The pickup was very smooth, both the driver and our guide Alex were so kind and made sure we were safe. Highly recommend doing a tour here.

An amazing experience that we will never forget!!! - Absolutely amazing experience. Can’t recommend them enough. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was private which made the experience even better. The lunch was one of the best meals we had on our entire trip to Tulum. Highly recommend to everyone to book with this company. Just when you think you have seen the most beautiful locations they surprise you with more. It’s an experience my partner and I will never forget.
