Amazing time in cozumel - Booked this very last minute as a family of 12. We had such an amazing time with the amazing guide, Aldair. In 5hrs, we got to experience Cozumel bearing in mind the different age range of the group. Aldair was attentive and responsive to our needs. We also received a souvenir from him at the end of our tour. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it a 100%. Thank you Aldair 😊

Wonderfull - Our guide Juan and driver Jesus were great. We really did not have a plan on what we wanted out of this trip. Juan provided us with a tour of Cozumel and a history lesson of the culture of his ancestors. We then went to a local place for chocolate, tortilla and tequila. Not only did we get to try the specialties but we learned the process. It was a wonderful experience but could not pull the trigger to purchase any of the tequila. After we asked to go to a favorite spot for lunch and wow what a great meal and experience. The La Monina recommendation was perfect. Food was reasonably priced and quality was outstanding. They also had access to the ocean for our family to enjoy after the meal. Juan was wonderful, friendly and for us not really knowing what we wanted took care of us.

Outstanding Service - Great service. They were waiting for us as promised. They gave us a great review of their home. We stopped at a grocery store and picked up supplies. This group is outstanding. Better than anything the cruise will offer. USE THEM. You wont be disapointed

A Sweet and Relaxing Family Day in Cozumel - We had an amazing family trip to Cozumel, highlighted by a visit to the Chocolate Factory and a delightful beach excursion. A & C Travel Services client in Cozumel - This was by the best tour operators ever. My clients had the best time of their life at Palm Beach. The only thing that might be an issue is that it took time to find out where the drivers were. Other than that you would not regret this trip with Jesus and Jorge, the best.

Super accommodating, and 100% worth it! - We had a great time with Elsy. We really wanted to see tide pools, and she took us to a beautiful public beach with coral and lovely tide pools. She brought snorkel masks to share, and made sure that our belongings were being watched. We had hopes to go to several other locations, but the first one was so great we didn't want to leave! The restaurant we went to for lunch was amazing - right on the water with a small protected area for the kids to play in while we waited for food. It was perfect!

Never again - I will never be using Viator again. We were a group of 9 with 4 elderly people and 3 children (1 is 3 years old). The ship docked late and I received no messages or calls. I was also unable to call or contact the tour operator. I even purchased an internet package on board and still unable to receive timely messages. We were off ship within 30 mins of arrival. After coming to port, I had to borrow another persons phone to contact Mario. He told us he tried to contact us and received no response. I am sure he did and we both tried to reach each other multiple times however with phones/internet not working, it was out of our hands. Mario tried to call our driver, Juan, back, however Juan apparently refused to come back. After a debate, I asked for a refund and he told me to call Viator as they would handle it, implying I would be given a refund. I did just that, and Viator told me that it was up to Mario to offer us a refund and he refused saying we were 1 hour late and tried to contact us multiple times. We booked for a 5 hour VIP tour and expected to be with our driver all day. Instead he waited an hour and left and pocketed all the money. Also, the port is very long. The meeting place was set at Hard Rock Cafe, which is well outside the port. This is not something that Viator or the tour operators tell you when you book.
