Great snorkeling experience! - I booked the tour directly with the travel agency via phone and paid by PayPal. For some reason, it was shown as unavailable on Tripadvisor. We were the only people on this tour on the day we booked it, so it was almost a private tour experience. When we arrived to the boat, we were greeted by the captain Felipe and snorkeling guide Juan. We had two long snorkeling swims. The corals were beautiful and we saw a great variety of fish. Both Felipe and Juan were very polite and informative. We had a few snorkeling trips before, and this trip was definitely one of the best ones. After snorkeling, we were served lunch in the restaurant nearby with a nice sea view, and got a ride back to Cancun. I would highly recommend this tour to anybody who enjoys snorkeling.

A great experience - Good trip to see the coral reef. Decent amount of fish to see, no turtles or sharks which was slightly disappointing but uncontrollable. Coral reef not vibrant colours though like photos might suggest. Snorkel guide was fairly intimidating with a couple of guests stating they were scared of him! Hidden dock fee should have been included in total price. Bus guide was very friendly. lunch of fish was delicious. Puerto Morelos not the most pleasant place to be as loads of locals pester you to get you to buy things from them.

Beautiful Reef with expert guide. - We were collected on time by a good driver in a shuttle bus and taken to the departure point. The facilities could do with updating - quite rustic! But the guides were absolutely fantastic and experts in their job. They were polite, so friendly and helpful and not too pushy for tips. The reef itself was beautiful. We got to see multiple barracudas (big and small), sting rays, so many beautiful fish and the coral itself.
