Costly pics are the let down - Fabulous but let down is the price of photos, USD30 for 1 or USD 120 for a full set. Loved the experience and Benito our was truly at home being our guide. Very knowledgeable and has a trie passion, seems to have found his calling. Thank you Benito. Food after was beautiful too, very authentic unlike all the hotels. Would 100pc come again but maybe to a different route as there are a few.

Great experience, but please allow personal cameras - The tour was great with a good explanation of the stalactite and stalagmite formations and importance of cenotes and their water for Mayans. I would suggest allowing tourists to bring cameras if they have waterproof pouches if they agree to only take pictures at certain times by the direction of the tour guide. I think it is unfair to charge $92 and then an additional $30 for a picture considering how much that adds up with other tours and how much that is in pesos.

Higher Than 5 Stars - Loved this experience! Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. Gave us plenty of time at the ruins to explore. Rio Secreto is a must see! One of our travellers had mobility issues and the guide/ photographer were so great at helping everyone navigate through the caves. Would recommend 100x over!!

Great tour but TOO INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE PHOTO OPTIONS - The cavern tour was incredible and surreal. Naomi was our guide and she did a fantastic job keeping things entertaining and informative. The only disappointment (which was a HUGE Disappointment) was the outrageous price for pictures. Come on... $30 USD for a weblink for 1 photo?!?! It should be no more than $30 for the link to ALL of the photos for the family.. IT IS A WEBLINK!!! ... not even a hard photo. That part was highly disappointing.

Chananiel - Experience was great. Our guide Isabella was amazing. Took on star off because of the outrageous price for photos. You are not allowed to bring any form of photography equipment (cellphones, GoPro and ect'.) For 1 photo = 30usd For all photos = 120usd. Also minimum age 4 in my opinion is too young for this experience. Overall great experience

The tour feels more like a photography session - It is such a shame that the cave itself was very cool, but the whole tour felt more like a huge wedding photography session. You’re not allowed to bring your own camera/phone, and a professional photographer follows you the whole time. Every minute we were pressured to pose for the camera, which was highly uncomfortable. Our guide suggested we should kiss, splash water to each other, and do all sorts of silly poses. My partner and I are not very into taking photos in the first place and the strong flashlight in complete darkness made me headache. Our guide also did not know much about the caves outside of his regular script. We felt rushed the whole time and couldn’t have time to appreciate the details of the cave. And then of course, we were told the price was $30 for one single photo and $120 for all. We did not end up buying any of them. It’s a shame that the cave itself is so incredible and I would love to show it to the world and my family/friends. No one wants to see my partner & me splashing water to each other in such a surreal place.

Photo ripoff - They don’t allow you to take any pictures then charge you $30 per picture and it’s only a digital Digital download or $200 for all your family photos… What a ripoff….
