Great family experience! It’s a must. - We had a great time on our Rio Secreto and Puerto Morelos excursion. Viator communicated very well and planned everything for us. We were picked up at our resort and taken to the marina to snorkel the beautiful reef. Saw turtles, an eagle ray, and a lot of fish. After that, we were taken to Rio Secreto for a great lunch and awesome tour of the caves. Perfect for all ages and swimming levels. Our guide Dany was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and funny cracking us up the entire trip. They returned us to our resort after the long day. I’d highly recommend this trip to anyone that wants to explore and underground river cave system and do some snorkeling.

Highlight of our trip - We just returned from our trip to Playa. I don't normally write reviews, but this tour was quite special. The cave/river tour was amazing with a refreshing underwater river with "living" stalagities every where you looked. The trip also included a nice meal and ended the day at the Mayan ruins in Tulum. Special shout out to our guide Tianara who made the experience even better. I have already recommend her to friends visiting this week The only negative is the price they charge for pictures (and cameras are prohibited). I couldn't bring myself to pay what they were asking.

Fun event with VERY expensive photo package! - Awesome, Awesome!!! One of the best full day event I’ve done from Cancun. It’s a lot of fun and diverse…. Biking (15 + 15 min), Ziplining (3 zip lines), walking/swimming in an underground river, tequila and late lunch! You get picked up from your hotel around 7:30+ and then you are back in town around 18:00. Only one drawback….Be aware the photo package is extremely expensive $120 per person!!!!!

I recommend this excursion!! - This was one of the best Tours I've done. Our tour guide was Tainara, and she was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about the caves and the crystals that grow there. She made me feel at ease as I am very clumsy and she caught me as I stumbled a few times on the rocks. They also provided a Mayan lunch which was really tasty. I would recommend to anyone that is in the area and wants to try something different.

Quite an adventure! - The Rio Secreto was quite an adventure. We did the Cenote + tour, which included two ziplining experiences and one rappel experience., as well as a short bike ride and hike. I deducted a star because it was not clear (at least to me) that the water level in a couple of spots in the cave is deep and requires one to swim or float a short distance. This was not an issue for most of our group. However, I experienced much anxiety when suddenly, my feet no longer touched the floor of the cave, as I am not a good swimmer. Also, be aware that some of the rocks on the cave floor are uneven, and some are jagged. I strongly recommend you opt for "Walking Stick." Again, most of those in my group did not have any problems with the suddenly deeper water. This was a personal issue. The meal after the tour was very good. The photographer's photos taken in the cave were available for purchase for 100 USD. I recommend this excursion. The unique and rare formations in the cave are worth seeing.
