We had a great time - Snorkeling was good. Staff was great. Seas were a little rough when we were there. Amenities on shore were pretty good also.

Great Place to Chill and Snorkel - The Snorkeling is included but the tour is "tip operated" so if you want someone to take you out, it'll cost extra according to how you felt about the experience. They knew just where to look to find sting rays and other things you probably wouldn't catch on your own. They took some underwater pictures which cost extra as well. The beach club food isn't that great but it is included. The club isn't nearly as crowded as some of the nicer resort beaches which is nice and the water is beautiful.

Snorkeling at Tortugas Beach - food included - Despite a storm 2 days before the snorkeling was good and clear with many different fishes and easy access to sea. Facilities were good for shower and changing but somehow we missed the snorkeling guide which was included? The food included was okay but the drinks overpriced and exchange rate low. We had a hire car and the side road was difficult to find plus one way - local maps are not good! We were later told that Buccanos beach is even better and would cost just 130 pesos for snorkeling if you have your own equipment. This beach has a small entrance between hotels Playa Azul and Hotel Cozumel before the Golf Club and just north of downtown. We learned this from Tati who gives a great walking tour of downtown.

Snorkeling trip in Cozumel - For the most part, this excursion was pleasant. The snorkeling part was not though. The person who gave us our snorkeling gear insisted that we follow him and let him guide us for snorkeling. He gave Me a leaky snorkel. He’s swam out so far and so fast that we were unable to effectively follow him. When the snorkel leaked and I aspirated water & started choking, he yelled at me saying, “I thought you were a strong swimmer”, forced me to hold on to his buoy while he towed me in, complaining and fussing at me all the way, then took away my snorkel gear. This was very rude.

Not worth the money - I was looking forward to a nice beach day - relaxing and snorkeling. Instead I got non stop pestering from people trying to sell me trinkets, photos, play songs, etc....It was awful. It didn't matter if I was trying to read my book - they just kept on coming and begging me to look at their wares. A simple no didn't make any difference either. Lunch was supposed to be included, along with soft drinks. However, we were presented with a bill for our two sodas and no amount of arguing seemed to make any difference. In short, don't bother with this beach club unless you enjoy being harrassed and paying for what is included. The snorkeling wasn't any good either. Very little to see.

Faulty Purchase Process - SOOOO FRUSTRATED! I booked online for the same day. Stood around at the meeting location and no one came. I finally called and they said I would have to wait until another day because they require 24 hours to send a confirmation. Uugg! I had limited time.on the island so could not reschedule. Very disappointed 😞. Would not recommend if time is a factor. They have good reviews and poor processing!

Disappointed - Beach was over crowded, snorkel equipment didn't fit, there was no lunch and if we hadn't left early because it was so bad we would have missed the last Taxi back to the Ship. They were suppose to pick us up and drop us off but that ended up being our expense.
