Loved it!!!! - Had the best snorkeling experience ever. Lalo and Alex were great guides. My wife and I loved that it was a small group on our boat, we’ve been in the 40+ snorkeling groups and it just isn’t the same. We visited on a cruise ship so we got our own taxi which cost us $10 there $10 back and the $1 charge before getting to the meeting spot. We got to see fishes, coral and the sting rays! It was truly an unforgettable experience. Let’s not forget about the ceviche. I know that it was just a “snack” but that was hands down one of the simplest and most delicious ceviches we’ve ever had. Muchas gracias por la experiencia.

It was an excellent and... - It was an excellent and intimate trip to multiple sites along the reef. There was a lot of wildlife seen and the food was amazing. The price can't be beat.

A Caribbean dream with a super professional team - Many thanks to this wonderful tour with Alfonzo and Captain Manolo. My two children (14, 11) and I felt very comfortable on board and are fascinated by the great fish, rays, starfish and the huge Lobster we discovered. The excursion is perfect for children who already know how to swim or are not panicked about water. And if your strength ever goes down, no problem. Support the swimming belts that all participants must wear. The guide Alfonzo is also equipped with a lifebuoy for to the side, where you can hold on comfortably to relax. He took super kind and responsible care of everyone and everything. The snack on the sandbank was delicious. Captain Manolo is not only a great sailor, but also a super “chef”. During the snack, tame rays came to visit and swam merrily around us.

So worth it - This was a great tour overall. I'd give an excellent if the snorkeling had been a bit better. It was really good, but not as good as I had expected. The crew was terrific overall.

Do not buy the photos they propose - Very nice hike, we saw a turtle, stingrays, a shark. The negative note concerns the photos: we bought our guide a pack of underwater photos for 1000 pesos and were provided via whatsapp about 15 photos and a video. To my request to receive them at least in HD or a wetransfer link so as not to lose the quality of the images I did not receive even a response, not even to a subsequent message. For 1000 pesos, about 50 euros, I would have expected a minimum of availability and a few more photos. I recommend the hike, but don't be engulfed by the photos, it's certainly not worth it! Excursion lasted 3 and a half hours.

Recommended but careful experience - The experience with this company was satisfactory but improveable in several aspects: it includes about 4 hours of crossing in a small boat (we share only with 7 people) with awnilla (roof) where you visit three different points "Colombia, Cielo and Cielito" and you have two people who are in charge of ensuring that everything goes well. They alert you to everything you should consider... in their interest. I will start with the good: especially the Colombia Reef is spectacular, we could observe rays, a turtle and a cat shark as well as countless varieties of fish. Although you are surrounded by hundreds of other groups of humans in the water you feel the total immersion in a wild nature, it is a pass. Later on we could also observe a multitude of starfish and more stripes. Another very positive aspect is that those responsible for the company (other than the crew of the boat) are very vigilant about you and even advanced us the money of taxis because in the rush to reach the ferry we left the cash in the car. The food that the crew prepares (ceviche and fruit) along with a few beers or soft drinks is a tipple. However, there are also several very improved points to take into account with this company that we share here: -Once in the boat you are told not to use sun creams as in the sea they form a kind of oil on the surface that affects the passage of light to corals. This is all very well for corals and their business in general, but for people with white skin or who haven’t put on the cream before boarding they cause serious burns like the ones I have now on my back, not having been warned in advance (and yes, solar radiation also kills). When they explain about the fauna you can expect to see, they don't warn you that you'll be swimming among thousands of jellyfish. Alerting one of the crew to this fact, their magnificent response was “don’t touch them,” which was entirely inevitable because they surround you everywhere. My partner ended up with a few skin marks thanks to this aspect that, again, they could have warned to wear clothes that cover you as much as possible and minimize this risk, also making the experience more rewarding since this way you will not be so aware of avoiding injuries and focus on watching your environment with relaxation, which is what it is about. -The crew have set up their own private business with the photos they take of you, to the point that if the tour costs you 900 mxn they intend to sell you the same for an additional 1000 mxn -and you have to ask them before you reach land without even being able to see them calmly because "if they do not delete them". From my point of view it’s crazy and a complete scam, but they play on people’s desperation to post cool photos on social media or take a souvenir. Of course no one forces you to buy them and we did not, but only the situation is unpleasant. Therefore, if you have occasion bring your own submersible camera to avoid leeches. After this outrageous experience during the return to port they still dare to ask for tips and try to pressure you with their families (which the rest of us also have)... And then some minor issues that may interest you: They don't include fins. -The glasses are not modern with the tube integrated into the mask, so you will share DNA with previous tourists. That said, I highly recommend the experience, which would have been better if they didn’t see us as suitcases of dollars to squeeze and make previous recommendations to take care of the visitor’s health.

Its okey - a small boat with really quick stops. there is not much to see in the areas. the coral reef is pretty dead. we saw fishes, starfish and luckily we got lucky and saw a turtle. We also saw a lot of rays. the trip was ok, but in any case, we think it's overpriced for the experience. We have traveled a lot and this was quite weak compared to the tours offered by other countries
