We will be venturing into this significant zone of Holbox where various species of animals peacefully dwell in this ecosystem. The ideal period to explore is just as dawn breaks, when different animals may be resting, having been more active during the nighttime, such as crocodiles. It’s a time of solitude without other people, providing a chance to appreciate private moments amid a varying display of nature. Unusual and exotic birds are likely to emerge during our rowing session, and the cooler temperatures make it ideal for paddling through the maze of mangroves. We’ll get to experience the mesmerising colours of the sunrise at the beginning of our adventure and even spot some stars before the first light of day.
