Awesome for beginners and veterans of zip lining - Bruno Jesus and the third guide were AWESOME ! They put you at ease if you needed that and joked around. They made it so much more fun than the actual adrenaline of zip lining. The owner was also super. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. We had two newbies with us and they were out of their comfort zones but the staff put them at ease quickly. Highly recommended.

The Best Zipline Experience Ever! - This was such a fun experience. All four guys made everything so enjoyable and easy. They didn’t force to do anything you didn’t want to do, and they coached and encouraged us the entire way. Going through all 6 towers was soooo much fun and the pictures they edit come out amazing! Thank you for making our vacation soo funn

Fun Ziplining in Cozumel - If you are in Cozumel and want to do ziplining, this is your place. I think there are two zip line outfitters in Cozumel, and while I haven't been to the other one, I can say that this one is organized and well-run with truly bilingual staff who are very nice. That being said, Cozumel is a flat island, so the ziplining isn't amazing. It's fine. It's fun. But if you can do your zip line adventure in Roatan, do it there instead. I will comment that while the Viator site did not set a lower age limit, at the facility, they said they wouldn't take children under 7. Thankfully my daughter is tall. I would not have been amused to have paid in advance for something that was advertised incorrectly.

Great staff - We enjoyed this zip line and the staff was very attentive and safety conscious. Listen to safety instructions and DO them. One in our party was injured. Please, be forewarned that there are six towers that you will be doing quite a bit of climbing up and down ladders at each platform. This hasn’t been my experience with other zip lines, but they all very, just wanted others to be aware. Even some in our party that are physically fit were pretty tired by the end.
