Taxi with wheelchair passenger was wonderful!! - Our driver, Jorge, was an excellent tour guide, very professional. The taxi was clean and well appointed for transporting four passengers and a wheelchair or scooter. We felt safe during the time of Covid. Kudos!

This is NOT an accessibility tour for those in a wheel chair. - This accessibility tour is a total rip off and needs to be removed as a tour. There is NO accessibility to the beaches they took us to, the Mayan ruins not even paths for wheel chair access, these paths have steps. We finally asked to go to the paradise beach club which also had no pool lift, beach access and we got charged $90 just to go into the restaurant then paid more to eat. So we paid $400+ for a taxi ride around the island is all, waste of money. I asked for a partial refund as was denied. You can simply go to the taxi line and ask for a lift van on your own and maybe find a place to go for less. This is NOT an accessibility tour. It also took an hour to locate and communicate to them which port we were at. We gave them the ship name so why they could not figure it out is beyond me.
