Highlights
- Vinicunca - You will be picked up in your hotel at 08:00 am, then we will drive for about 3 hours towards the trail head where we will start our hiking adventure towards the Rainbow Mountain. We will reach the mountain once everyone has gone so we will have the whole mountain only for us.
Afterwards, we will hike down to the parking lot and drive to a beautiful place to enjoy a delicius picnic lunch in our exclusive place with unique views.
After the lunch experience, we will drive back to Cusco and drop you off in your hotel.

Well organised tour with a great guide - It was a great tour with a great tour guide. We got a bit unlucky with the weather, but even then views were breathtaking. The guide Naya was very knowledgeable, considerable and helpful. The horse ride was quite fun. The main viewpoint wasn’t crowded at all, so you could take as many pictures as you wished

A great adventure - I had a brilliant day to rainbow mountain. Our guide (Elisban) was so kind and helpful, he check regularly on how we were feeling with the altitude. The scenery was spectacular and the trip was well worth it to go later.

Amazing trip! Highly recommend! - Nayda was very encouraging and helpful when the thin air started to hit me more. Her knowledge of the area and fun attitude made the bus ride very fun. Hike was hard but the views are worth it!

Our Rainbow Mountain trip in Peru - Our guide, Jose was wonderful. He was very patient with my friend and I. We took a great deal of time walking slowly to acclimate to the change in altitude. We had a wonderful late lunch and saw many alpacas and sheep along the drive. Jose's English was excellent.

Personal and considered tour - Hector was accommodating and thoughtful, from helping with altitude sickness, helping me learn more Spanish, and playing beautiful traditional music. The local restaurant had good vegetarian food and a great view. Loved the sights, and very appreciative of the many photos he took for us! It was also really nice to experience Rainbow Mountain without the crowds.

Amazing tour with an amazing guide - We did the 8am departing tour to the mountain. The tour was amazing, almost all the others left from the mountain when we arrived and we got to enjoy the peak without too many people. Ronald was sooo good tour guide, very friendly and was very good at giving information about many different things. Definitely can recommend him as a tour guide and if I’ll come back to Cusco, will try to do more tours with him. Mr driver, Marco was such an amazing driver. The road up there was pretty intence but his driving felt so safe during the tour.

Excellent afternoon tour to rainbow mountain - Please choose them for rainbow mountain tour!!!! We were looking for a tour that was later timing (due we didn’t want to wake up at 3am/4am) and they provide pick up at 8am! We were the last tour to reach there and last tour to leave. It is a good way to beat the crowd. Lunch is provided at 4pm but snacks were given along the way.
Our guide Elisbany was very entertaining and he explained the history of rainbow mountain , and brought a bottle of oxygen up. After the tour when we return to the bus, driver provides us with warm towel which is totally a saviour in this case.
Oh, also to ride the horse , one way is 70S, return is 100S. It is the cheapest rate among different agency.

Stunning landscape rainbow mountain - Great organisation and stunning views. Worth the pain walking at 5000m! Nayda was a perfect guide, knowledgeable and very friendly. Great organisation.

8:00 AM departure is perfect - 8:00 AM departure was the best choice ever.
We've been lucky with the weather (crystal clear sky, low wind, warm day) but the best part is the absence of crowds. Most of the tourists were descending while we were going up. On the top, few people, easy pictures, and breathtaking views (well, these anyway).
Small group (4 pp), a caring and gentle guide, oxygen available (really, no need but just in case).
Permanence on top is limited to 20-25 minutes which should be extended.
Lunch is included in a spotless clean restaurant on the way back.
Highly recommended.
