The culinary session commences: you are provided with a kitchen hat and an apron to assist you in the preparation of the three culinary delights, typical of Ecuador, that you’ll be making: a “Locro Quiteño”, an “Encocado”, and a Chocolate Soup. We’ve specifically selected these dishes owing to the global accessibility of their ingredients, enabling you to replicate these recipes back home. You’re encouraged to partake and ascend to the role of a Chef: you bear the responsibility to handle, peel, chop, season, blend, whisk… During the course, the Chef will support and instruct you, imparting insights and trivia regarding the history and origins of each dish. After the completion of the three meals, you’re invited to savor your self-created dishes with the Chef in a unique setting: the courtyard of a Colonial House.
