Fun time - We were picked up in a red trolley car bus. They were on time for the pick up at Holiday Inn Express Quito, note they will be across the street by the Burger King. The tour was great. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We got our picture with the monument and yellow line. Went inside monument to learn history. Did the egg balance on a nail trick, weighing ourselves to see that we weigh less, and watch water flow forward and backward. English guide spoke really well. Driver was safe. Would definitely use this company again for other tours.

Great, affordable Trip - Great, affordable tour! My guide was energetic and spoke good English (he did had to give the tour both in English and Spanish). The site and museum is a good day trip for those who have a couple of hours of time to spare.

Enjoyable trip - Plenty of time to explore site. As well as monument, a number of exhibits, cafes and shops. Great means of transport there and back via converted ex city tram. Andrea our guide - full of energy and enthusiasm. Just to be aware this tour does not take you to actual latitude 0. ( This spot is about 240 metres away ( not discovered until fairly recently with advent of new technologies)). The tour is to exhibition park surrounding and including the monument originally thought to represent latitude 0 .

Absolutely Terrible experience! - I booked this tour and they provided me with a pick up time of 2:35pm. I took a taxi to the location and arrived before the provided time only to be told by the front desk that they left. I contacted the company only to be told that the information that was provided to me was inaccurate. They meant to pick me up at 2:03pm not 2:35pm. They kept saying it was a misunderstanding but there was no misunderstanding at all. They provided me a pick up time and I showed up there and they weren’t there at all. No body bothered to call me to ask for my whereabouts when they didn’t see me at the location at 2:03 (keep in mind they told me 2:35). The customer service representative said they will refund me and proceeded to refund me slightly less than the full amount that I paid ($24.99 versus $25, which is fine). But then they said they will refund me for the taxi that I took to and fro to the pick up hotel and I provided my PayPal information and everything as requested and was never refunded for that at all. It was a day of frustration, wasted time and lies. I would give less than 1 star if I could.
