We had a great time - We had a great time. Daniel was a great tour guide, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped my mom identify many species of birds. He arrived on time and went at our pace. He was very patient and took us to see some great things like the butterflies and hummingbirds. The coffee and chocolate tours were a lot of fun as well. I would definitely recommend this tour.

A memorable day, one of the best - Our guide was Christian and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, we learnt a lot about Ecuador, and took care to ensure we enjoyed our day and had a memorable experience. We had an amazing day exploring Mindo, on the zip line, seeing the butterflies and hummingbirds, and the chocolate tour. I would recommend this day trip from Quito to anyone.

Awesome Mindo Tour - Our guide for the day was Christian. He was AWESOME! He provided us with so much information about their history, volcanoes, cultures, etc. The zip lining was way more than expected. There were 10 lines and they were so accommodating when I was slow climbing to the next one. The chocolate tour is a must as well. You get to experience so many things from preparing to tasting and even a chocolate mask! And of course the butterfly and hummingbird farms put such a smile on my face. Getting to have them land on you and see them up close was unbelievable. Everyone should try and do this tour and hope you get Christian as your guide!

Christian gave the best tour of Mindo!!!! - As our first time in Ecuador, we were very impressed with the activities Mindo had to offer. The zip line and wildlife were incredible. Our tour guide, Christian, was amazing and so knowledgeable about Ecuador. He stayed with us all day as we traveled to and from the hotel. His English was great and I would definitely recommend him!!!

Mindo was magical! - Christian was an amazing guide and so knowledgeable about everything and he was super patient with us since us 3 adults were traveling with a baby. Having hummingbirds drink directly from mini feeders we were holding was awesome! If you’re a bird enthusiast, Christian is the perfect person!

Beautiful Mindo - The day spent with Cristian at Mindo Cloud Forest was wonderful from start to finish. Personable, knowledgeable, excellent command of the English language and a great sense of humour! He arranged the day to make the most of each activity, which included a chair lift to a spectacular view, a visit to the butterfly garden, an hour spent learning about the journey of cacao seeds from roasting to grinding and finally eating a delicious chocolate sauce with fruit, and an awesome hour with hummingbirds and dozens of tropical birds with gorgeous colours! An awesome day with an awesome guide - thank you Cristian, you made my first day in Ecuador truly memorable!

Humming bird heaven. - As soon as I saw the humming bird photos I knew I wanted to do this trip.
We were collected by Christian our lovely guide just before 8am and headed off to Mindo. Christian gave us lots of interesting information on the drive (which is 2.5 hours) and stopped for comfort breaks.
First we took the little cable car and then walked to the waterfall looking out for birds along the way.
Next was the chocolate making and tasting tour, then a tasty lunch.
Our finale was the visit to the humming birds and it was very special. The birds drank from our hands and I had no idea there were so many types of humming bird. We also saw lots of other colourful birds including 2 types of tucan.
I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Christian.

Must Experience - Christian was a very informative and friendly guide. We had a fantastic time. The scenery was beautiful, and we especially loved the birdlife, especially feeding the hummingbirds.
