Absolutely worth it! - This tour exceeded our expectations. We had a warm, knowledgeable and friendly guide, Galindo, who took us to see the Intiñan museum where we did the Middle of the world experiments! We went to Teleférico, saw the beauty and contrast of Old Town and New Town Quito, visited beautiful churches, and ended with delicious chocolate! There was so much wonder packed in just one day. My personal favorite was getting to meet the llamas! I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone!

Amazing Quito experience with Pato - Pato’s passion for Quito and breadth of knowledge made for a tremendous experience. He took us to markets and taught us about the local fruits and its impact on the culture. Pato taught us about the history of the region from pre Spanish days to the modern Republic. He showed us tremendous views and experiences on Teleferico. After we had lunch at a brewery frequented by locals. This was capped off with a delicious chocolate experience. Though our tour was supposed to end at 5pm, he stayed with us until 8pm, in the rain, to help my wife shop for gear for the Galapagos portion of our trip.

If you have one day to spend in Quito, this is the perfect way to do it. - I only had one day to spend in Quito and the visit was a perfect mix of nature, culture, history and delicious food. Galindo went out of his way to take me to some murals I absolutely wanted to see. He was kind, knowledgeable and a great person to spend the day with. Pato was also great and made my life so much easier by agreeing to end the tour at the airport rather than back at the hotel. I would absolutely recommend this tour.

Fabulous and enriching experience with an amazing tourist guide! - I was picked up from my hotel by my tourist guide Kathy who was extremely knowledgeable about Ecuador, very friendly to have a conversation with and one of the most helpful guides I have ever worked with. We went up to the highest point for the Teleferica cable car ride and Kathy showed me all the important points at the top, explaining the 10 volcanoes that surrounded us at that point, and also helped me with all the photographs. Very helpful and supporting indeed! Kathy not only showed me all the places of interest, but also took me to the best restaurant in town, and to the top chocolate tasting place in town, and introduced me to the local food and drinks. Cannot thank her enough. Moreover, she took me to the best basilicas and churches, explained to me what’s special about them and we also walked up the highest point in the basilica using a narrow and steep staircase, she cautioning me all the time making sure I don’t fall off the narrow steps! Kathy enriched my knowledge of Ecuador to a great extent. Overall, I was fortunate to have Kathy as my guide as I believe today’s excursion exceeded all my expectations!

Quito exploring markets to old town and equator - this city is a gem! - Fascinating day, from fruit tasting in the markets, enjoying the views from Teleferico, exploring old town and the church to the equator. Patricio has so much passion for his city and is a wealth of knowledge. This is a really nice day trip, i got to experience a little of the daily life of the locals, learn about the history of the town and the country, got to see the city from amazing view points. It is a very diverse city with so many gems to explore. I was travelling solo and got a private tour which was excellent. I can definitely recommend Patricio, his energy and passion is wonderful and he also has a keen eye for cool photos!
