Great introduction to Ecuador - Had a wonderful tour with Christian… very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. It was just me on the tour and, as it was the first time I have traveled solo, I thought it would be a little awkward but it wasn’t at all. Quito is a VERY large city and the public transportation isn’t very good so it is worth it to do the hotel pick-up.

Great Tour - Pato was an informative and engaging tour guide. He was very familiar with the history of Quito and the sites in the city, and was excited about sharing his city with us. We appreciated his flexibility with the tour details and giving us choices in what we wanted to do or not do. He drove us around in his own car which was very comfortable. He provided for-to-door service from our hotel. The telferico (cable car) took us up to an altitude of over 13,000'. The views were beautiful. We came from Orlando (near sea level) so the air was very thin for us. Pato was patient as we slowly hiked around the top of the mountain. It was an enjoyable day and we highly recommend Pato as a tour guide. Just one note, don't forget to bring your own toilet paper for us in public restrooms.

Highly recommended tour - Daniel was an amazing tour guide. Throughout the experience he was very devoted to doing the tour we wanted. Explaining options and focusing on the places/things we wanted to do. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and its history. We had a lot of questions, and I don't think we ever stumped him. Sure we could have gone to all these areas on our own, but there's no doubt having Daniel along to guide us made it a far more enjoyable experience.
