Amazing cookery class in HCM! - We had such a lovely time on this market tour and cooking class in Ho chi min city - our tour guide Daisy was super knowledgeable, kind and friendly. We took a tour around the local market and Daisy showed us where all the locals bought their daily fresh produce fish and meat and talked us through all the different products. We then took a short walk back to the restaurant where our lovely chef helped us to prepare and cook three traditional Vietnamese dishes and even we enjoyed our meal with a complimentary coconut or egg coffee. Highly recommend this cooking class! We never felt rushed and both chef and Daisy were very helpful.

Vegan possibilities - We had a vegan vietnamese cooking class. Which we can really recommend and it was a full experience. We had a market walk as well and the best part was ti get to know a local person. Her name was Daisy and she is a very kind person

I had the best experiance you could have. - Had a great morning! I turned out to be the only one so it was an amazing one on one experiance. To much food for one person, i should have offered and kind of thought more of the staff would join me and they kind of did. Hosts english was great and very knowledgable about everything we looked and i asked about. Made the steps very simple fun and easy to follow. Didn't need to bring anything they provided everything.

Fantastic. Delicious food and they explained everything so well to make it easy for me. - It was absolutely amazing! I totally recommend this to everybody. I learnt so much and I’m looking forward to going home cooking with all the recipes. They also gave me the recipes all written out to make it easy. Daisy and Nhung were moth fantastic!

Best cooking class and experience - We had a wonderful experience with Daisy and Tien. They were educated about vegan and gluten free and accommodated all. We had such a fun time cooking together and learning about Vietnamese cooking. We can’t say enough. The experience was everything we hoped it would be. We left happy and full. We would recommend this experience highly and would love to do it again.

Fantastic experience in Ho Chi Min. Fresh food, market visit, perfect English. Not to be missed. Just book it! - Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had a lovely girl called Daisy who took us to the market in the morning and showed us around all the fresh produce - meats - veggies - herbs and spices etc. very informative. Then Back to the upper floor of a beautifully clean and air conditioned restaurant to start the cooked process. Perfect in every way from start to finish. chopped the veggies prepared the meats. We had chosen Vietnamese Pho plus Lemongrass Stir Fried chicken and Vietnamese spring rolls. We chose 3 from about 9 or 10 options. Everything was cooked from scratch. From the very broth for the Pho to the mincing of the meat for the spring rolls. The course was informative, fun and we have tried what we have learned since we came home. Brilliant. Also a great part of the course is sitting down afterwards. Relaxing and getting to eat what you made. There was plenty of food. Don’t even think about it. Go and book it. It will be one of your highlights in Vietnam. And the star of the show was Daisy. A funny intelligent and excellent cook with fantastic English. Extreme highly recommended.
