After a 1.5-hour drive to Cu Chi village, you’ll learn in detail how the Viet Cong built the tunnels, how they managed to win the war despite severe shortages of food and medicine, and what exactly transpired in that area during the war….
- Cu Chi Tunnels - 07:30 – 8:00 am: Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and depart for the Cu Chi tunnels. The Cu Chi Tunnels served as a safe haven for soldiers and thousands of Vietnamese during the Vietnam War. 11:30 am: Conclude the Cu Chi Tunnels tour and proceed to the Mekong Delta. - Ben Luc - 12:30 pm: Enjoy a barbecue and learn how to cook from a local chef. Menu Lunch 1. Vegetable soup (súp rau) 2. Spring rolls (chả giò) 3. BBQ shrimp (tôm nướng) 4. BBQ Chicken (gà nướng) 5. Pancakes (bánh xèo) 6. Mixed fried vegetables with garlic (rau xào thập cẩm) 7. Steamed rice (Cơm trắng) 8. Dessert (tráng miệng) - My Tho - 2:30 pm: Board a boat and travel on the Mekong River to the bee farm. You’ll have the chance to enjoy honey tea and take photos with a python and finger bananas, which are typical in the Mekong Delta. Relax by rowing a boat on a small, peaceful canal to reach a local cultural house and enjoy “Đờn Ca Tài Tử” – a unique aspect of Southern culture. Then, visit the coconut candy factory to see how farmers make coconut sweets. 4:00 pm: On the way back to your bus, pass by the fishing village with many floating houses to observe the life of fishermen. 4:30 pm: Return to Ho Chi Minh City. The tour ends at your hotel. An enriching tour offering a deep connection to Vietnam's history and culture - Our full-day tour of the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Cruises was an unforgettable experience, made even more special by our guide, Denis. He was not only cordial and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, bringing the rich history of Vietnam to life. This trip isn’t just for expats looking to learn about Vietnamese history—it’s also deeply meaningful for us locals. With Vietnam’s Independence Day approaching, it was a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by previous generations, filling us with renewed gratitude.

the five college students... - As a group of five college students, we totally enjoyed the trip to the fullest. Personally, I am most thrilled to interact with a real life, crawling Python! It might have slightly sneak into my friends pocket, maybe sniffed his dingdong, but he was chill and we all had a great laugh. The scenery through the Mekong river by small boats were peaceful and gave us a great sense of tranquility. Special thanks to our tour guide Dennis. His friendlyness and hospitality really made this our most favorite trip ever!

Enjoyable trip to Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tinnel - Entire tour is quite good and we enjoyed. Mr Dennis, the guide, patiently explained history and culture. He made tour more friendly and enjoyable. we had lunch at beautiful place. Coconut cookies are tasty.

Exceptional Guide - Dennis is the best Guide we’ve ever met in the entire country, with a wealth of knowledge of Vietnamese history and customs. His passion for teaching and his joy and kindness has made us spend an unforgettable day. The itinerary and contents of the tour are great, with enough stops to go to the bathroom and offer constant snacks. The driver was very well.
