We offer a selection of traditional Vietnamese dishes that are authentic, healthy (no MSG and made with fresh daily ingredients), and easy to prepare at home, ensuring you can recreate the dishes you learn at Hoa’s Kitchen. During the cooking lesson, participants will prepare three traditional Vietnamese dishes from scratch. First, guidance will be provided on the best preparation methods, followed by a step-by-step walkthrough of the entire cooking process, including secret tips for optimal results. After cooking, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the home-cooked Vietnamese meal.
