Horror Highway (The Street of Horror) is an unofficial name for a 9 km highway in Quang Tri province. On May 1, 1972, thousands of locals, mostly the elderly, women, children, and numerous soldiers, were killed by artillery and infantry weapons during hours of shooting.

• Nhà thờ Long Hưng (Long Hung Church - War Damaged Historic Relic) - Long Hung Church is the Catholic church of the Hung Long villagers. The total area of the church is 1220m2, featuring an octagonal bell tower in the front with a cross above, wide chapels on both sides, and a corridor. After the war to protect Quang Tri Citadel, the church collapsed due to bombings.
• Dốc Miếu - One of the important relics in the Hue to DMZ Tour is Doc Mieu Firebase, considered the most crucial base of the McNamara defense line. Here, the enemy built a system of arched cellars, mobile concrete bunkers, and a ground artillery battlefield aimed at the North bank of Ben Hai River. With anti-aircraft battle 37, a control center to protect the fence, and an armored company patrol with many US-Wei mixed companies. Around the base, in addition to the thick barbed wire fence, there is an alarm system against intrusion.
• Hiền Lương Bridge - Hien Luong Bridge is associated with the cluster of historical relics surrounding the Ben Hai riverbank. They are witnesses of history when the country was divided into two parts during the enduring war. The entire country of Vietnam was involved in the war against the US in 1954.
• Vinh Moc Tunnels - Last but not least in the Hue DMZ day tour are the Vinh Moc Tunnels. Among many revolutionary bases on the “land of fire” in Quang Tri province, the Vinh Moc tunnels system symbolized the strong will and resilience of the Vietnamese people. In 1965, Vinh Moc village was completely destroyed by the US air force and artillery. The tunnels served as a real underground village for all the villagers.
