Walking through the medieval city we’ll make our way to Rabat exiting from Greek’s gate. On our way to St.Paul’s church, in Rabat we’ll stop for a short break at Tas-Serkin, a café which is over 100 years old where I’ll offer you a snack.

Since 1992, I’ve been a part of Heritage Malta, the national entity responsible for Malta’s cultural heritage. My fascination with the Maltese islands’ heritage and customs began in my younger years. In 2016, I earned my credentials as a licensed tourist guide, specifically for small group tours. Starting at our designated spot, we’ll journey to the gate of Mdina and roam the quiet city lanes, visiting palaces, admiring the elegant building fronts and the cathedral, and making our way to the bastions for a spectacular view of Malta. As we traverse the medieval roads, we’ll make our way to Rabat. En route to St. Paul’s church, we’ll halt briefly at Tas-Serkin, a café that’s stood for over a century, where I’ll treat you to some of the best pastizzi in Malta, accompanied by a refreshing kinnie.
