The true flavor of Morocco with NEW Friend - A family welcomes us into their home and treated us like their family , stories about food and how to prepare in tagine on stove top . Food was served on table in tagine and was so moist and flavorful we must try this in our home when we return home . Fantastic experience.

Good instruction on foods and cooking. - Very friendly chef- Younis, who greeted us, guided us around the stalls of food and spices which, will be our ingredients for cooking. Enjoyable instructional class learning how to prepare and cook; picked up some useful tips! There were diners coming in for lunch and saw us cooking. It created a bit of a fun atmosphere.
