Good lounge - We were very impressed with the Miracle Lounge at Bangkok airport. Service was friendly and efficient and the quality of both the lounge itself and the food offered were excellent. My only criticism is that the wi-fi was not very fast, otherwise this is a really good lounge.

Excellent lounge with great food selection and Internet worked well. - We booked the business class lounge. There were delicious foods in the lounge with a great selection. The wi-fi was super fast and the staff inside excellent. Also a good choice of alcohol. I recommend booking this as for what we had inside the lounge would have cost us 3 times more if we went to a restaurant in the airport!

Coral Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport a Truky unique experience. Loved it - Coral First Class Lounge and Amazing Lounge in Bangkok, extraordinary decor, great selection of oriental cuisine. Plenty of selection of Beverages. Plenty of seating area , conference room , it’s just great

Recommended before your flight home - A great place to relax before departure.
Good and rich food (hot and cold dishes and drinks). Beer also included in the price. Comfortable armchair with socket at the armchair in the floor (also EU plug). 2 hours is more than enough.

2 hours lounge access, amazing! - This was booked via Expedia under I Asia Thailand, we had a long flight back to US so we wanted some downtime. The lounge is for 2 hours use which is enough. A spacious lounge with comfortable seating, good food buffet style with a reasonable selection. We also had Alcoholic drinks inside too. The staff were helpful and polite. We asked how much this was and it was a crazy 2000 Baht so booking before we saved 50%!

Nice to relax away from the terminal crowds - Food not very good, poor selection and no coffee cups. Alcoholic drinks slow to be replenished, we had some red wine (third of a bottle left when we arrived and it took an hour for a new bottle to appear) . Relaxing apart from that but for the price we expected a bit more

Selection of food was poor. Drinks that were meant to be cold were cool at best. No bathrooms within the lounge area. - Not a friendly nor a welcoming environment. Facilities were lacking. Food and drink selection average and cold drinks not chilled or kept in refrigerator

Average lounge - Lounge area was nice, but the servings were below average. Seating area was quite limited, there were only a very limited amount of comfy lounge chairs. Rest of the seating was regular tables and chairs.

AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. DONT COME - The worst lounge experience ever. We paid 158 US dollars to book lounge access for my parents and I because I had forgotten my lounge access card. The lounge was overly crowded, understaffed and there was no A/C (in Phuket, which is always hot and humid). The food was HIDEOUS. The lounge only had a few options for food (some salads, macaroni and prawn curry) and all tasted awful. The lady at the front desk was also in charge of serving the drinks so she was extremely busy and we had to wait very long time to access the lounge and also to get the drinks. The lounge has a lot of chairs and tables all stacked one after another with almost no room to walk. The gents bathroom was disgusting. Never come to this place, especially the one on the lower floor. Save your time and money by staying at the terminal, where at least you have decent dining options and A/C. Coral lounge is the WORST I have ever tried.

Worst experience ever. - We were flying home to England on November 30th we were directed wrongly to the Miracle Lounge along with several others. There we encountered at the Reception Desk the Rudest, Unhelpful, Ignorant Lady Receptionist I have ever had the misfortune to meet. One Lady was great the other should NOT be working with the Public.
