Highlights
- Slovenia - Depart from your Bled hotel at 5:40 am or 7:40 am for an 8-hour adventure trip with kayaking through an underground mine. Drive for about hour and a half to the site and descend for 15 minutes into the deep on an original old mining train. A short hike and a climb over some steep stairs about 95m lower and back up after is included as well. Spend four hours in the mine (about one hour on the kayak) and enjoy the mix of dynamic activities, with a bit of both hiking and paddling. Upon reaching the underground water, row in your sit-on-top kayaking through passages and galleries. Illuminate your way with glowing headlamps, the only source of light in the mine. All the dry suits, boots, life vests, helmets, and lights are provided. At the conclusion of your tour, you will be returned to your Bled hotel. The tour operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately (no refund due to weather or personal reasons).

Embark on a unique subterranean adventure on this 8-hour trip from Bled. Travel for two hours to reach the disused mine and take a 15-minute journey into the recesses of the earth aboard an authentic mining train. Traverse the forsaken mines in pitch darkness, using only the glow of headlights to illuminate your path. The mine’s temperature sits around 10 degrees Celsius, so it’s recommended guests dress warmly. Kayaking gear is supplied and the trip includes hotel pickup and delivery. Visitors spend approximately 3-4 hours underground, the experience begins with the original mining train ride, followed by ascending steep stairs and finally, about 1.5 hours on the water kayaking. This unique trip is suitable for novice and seasoned kayakers alike.
- Pick-up / departure time can vary and can be anything from 5.40 AM until 8 AM, depending on the availability. All guests will be notified about exact time of departure one day before the tour.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- A minimum of 4 people per booking. A maximum of 8 people per booking
- Not recommended for participants with back problems, heart complaints or other serious medical conditions
- The tour operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately (no refund due to weather or personal reasons).
- A current valid passport or EU personal ID card is required on the day of travel (driving licence or any other means of id is not sufficient) because we will across the border couple times
- Bring warmer clothes, temperature in the mines is only around 10 degrees Celsius (long sleeves, pants & closed shoes recommended). Bring some extra clothes in your backpack for just in case.
- Maximum shoe size is EU 47.
- Minimum height is 150 cm.
- Mountain roads included for the transfer, make appropriate precautions if you have car sickness.
- Adult price applies for all guests
- A minimum of 8 guests is required for Black Hole Kayaking™.

Excellent and unique. - Really fantastic experience. Many thanks to your knowledgable driver and the wonderful kayak guide.
We stopped at some really interesting places on the trip there which made the drive to the caves very enjoyable.

Amazing activity - Fantastic day.
The whole trip was an adventure. The entrance of the mine with the train, the walk down in the mine, the walk with the kajak and of course the kajak tour. Also the lunch with the local specialites was very good. If you look for a special experience: book this tour

Stunning vistas driving there - lots of fun kayaking -excellent hosts - This was more than expected! The drive through Slovenia and Austria to reach the mine was so picturesque and made even better with both the information provided by our driver Sasha, and the stops we made en route on the mountain passes.
The black hole kayaking was so much fun, being allowed to go off "on our own" to explore the passages in the dark.
Be prepared for walking up and down some steps to reach the kayaking stage but the lunch afterwards was a nice treat and they catered for gluten-free guests excellently too.

Amazing - The trip was managed very nicely. We took a stop around Milka valley and Primo was explainign to us how the valley was named and allowed us time to laze around and take a few nice shots. The black hole kayaking experience was also very unique and nicely managed. They catered to my food requirements and provided me a nice vegetarian lunch upon the end of the trip. Highly recommended tour and the tour providers.

A must-do while in Slovenia - Absolutely brilliant. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. And Pr1motours were amazing. We also did the e-bike hire and clear kayaking with them, and they were superb.

Kayaking in the darkness - It was a great experience! The only "but" I could say is that it is bit far from Bled. But otherwise totally recommended!!

Fun kayaking experience in underground mine - The underground kayaking in an abandoned mine is a really cool experience. Well organized transport made interesting with a few nice stops and interesting and fun facts and background about Slovenia.
