How a Guide can enhance your journey to discover Baroque Sicily. - Our guide was SERENA PIZZO and we were thrilled!! Serena's preparation and professionalism immediately involved us in a "historic flight" that started from "the Sicilians to get to the Kingdom of the two Sicilies. We visited the city and its palaces with a wealth of details and information and illustrations always rich in news, immersing ourselves in the post-earthquake reconstruction of 1693 with the nice dispute of the "bell towers" between Giorgiani and Giovannari - (San Giorgio and San Giovanni) until we led to the evening now looming in the Hyblaean Garden. In addition to this, the succession of our questions and the insights we had gave us great satisfaction for a trip to the late Sicilian Baroque. In the end, Serena gave us valuable directions to visit MODICA, including Bonajuto chocolates, and SCICLI.

Highly recommended tour to discover Ragusa - Serena is a prepared, helpful and friendly guide. He guided us to discover the wonderful Baroque art of the city, from Ragusa Superiore to Ragusa Ibla, enriching the tour with many historical, cultural and culinary notions. The path and rhythms proposed by Serena can be within everyone's reach. Highly recommended tour, Salvo and Angela

Great Ragusa Walking Tour - Rather than wander on my own, I really wanted to learn more about Ragusa’s history, and Serena delivered! Churches are usually boring for me, but Serena explained the history and shared interesting facts to give more context about what we were looking at. It was a great way to see all the major sites in a single shot, perfect if you’re short on time. I would love to have even more storytelling, but it was great!

Don’t miss this opportunity. - We had a wonderful tour. Serena is very knowledgeable about history architecture and art in Sicily and especially this region and the baroque period. She is warm and generous with recommendations for further exploration and she gave us some great tips for restaurants and places to visit elsewhere in the area. You will feel fortunate just to meet such a person and will end the day with a rich appreciation for your visit.

History, architecture and churches with Serena. - We spent a lovely afternoon with Serena, who was friendly and knowledgable and took her time to show us the amazing architecture that Ragusa has to offer. We learned so much history and Serena shows us several very special churches and built an interesting story around them. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting. We have decided to come back and stay in Ragusa, just by going on this tour.

Fabulous tour! - This was a really nice tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, and provided not only a history or Ragusa but also of Sicily in general. Plan enough time to park in the lower town and take a bus to Ragusa Superiore to start the tour or vice versa.

Good but long - Serena was lovely and very informative. Tour was a bit long, maybe a few less churches and more about the town.
