Exceptional experience - Mate where do I even start. This was one of the best trips me and my girlfriend have ever been on. The scenes were amazing and the vibes in camp were just amazing. Our only regret was not going for the three day tour. This tour was honestly 10/10 and our guide Starry was a legend - such a nice and friendly guy.

Amazing - Was an amazing experience, We had wade as a tour guide and cannot speak highly enough, was Knowlage able, funny, helpful where needed and overall nice bloke The weather for our trip wasn’t ideal and rained a lot, however wade accommodated this perfectly and made it seamless, they do scare you at the safety briefing but that’s fine. The sleeping arrangement isn’t ideal and is hot however you can’t expect much if you are tent camping, Overall an amazing experience and big thanks to wade as he was amazing !

Paul was great !!!!! - Paul was an incredible tour guide who made our trip wonderful and memorable. He went above and beyond to make our trip fun with photos and drone footage of our whole time. I could not recommend him enough.

Well worth it - Very interactive and full on 2 day tour with a great tour guide (Wade), decent food and plenty to do and see - highly recommend catching the sunrise and seeing the stars on the beach at night

Amazing 2 day tour with Paul!! - I had such a fantastic trip on the Dingos 2 day K’gari island with Paul! Paul was such a great and interesting guide, he gave us so much information at every stop. He went out of his way to make our trip extra special with a sunrise trip to the shipwreck and showing us jellyfish which glow in the dark! We were so looked after and I loved our experience. Thank you Paul!!

Beautiful Island - Most amazing trip to the island of K’gari!! 2 days of swimming in beautiful fresh water lakes and exciting drives along the beach front. Unforgettable experience with an amazing team leader Starry!!

A great experience - Had an amazing time on the 2 day tour with Libby as our guide, she had great knowledge of the Island, was really organised and made the experience so fun. Great food, fun campsite and amazing drives along the beach/through the inland of the Island, the beauty of K'gari is unmatched. Only feedback/downsides would be: quite a lot of time waiting around at the start, was told to meet for 7am but didn't end up meeting anyone from Dingos till at least half an hour later also campsite curfew was 23:00 and there was a party/loud noise until the early hours of the morning. Otherwise a brilliant/well organised tour.

Disappointing Experience - Overpriced and Poorly Organized - I rarely leave negative reviews, but me and my boyfriend did the 2-day tour with Dingos Fraser Team from 18-19 December and was deeply disappointing. While we had high expectations, several aspects of the tour fell short, and the response to our concerns was even more frustrating. Key Issues During the Tour: 1. Unnecessary and Uncomfortable Briefing The tour started with a 2-hour briefing in a poorly ventilated room, which was unnecessarily long and uncomfortable. It set the tone for what would become a poorly organized experience. 2. Vehicle Allocation Problems We were initially directed to the wrong vehicle and ended up in the Lead car. This resulted in minimal driving opportunities, which was one of the main reasons we chose this tour. 3. Limited Driving and Unprofessional Guide Despite requesting to drive multiple times, my boyfriend and I were only allowed to drive for 10 minutes each on the first day and none on the second day. The guide was dismissive and even rude, saying, “You’ve been hassling me all day to drive.” This lack of professionalism made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the briefing did not mention that those in the Lead car would not have proper driving opportunities, which felt misleading. 4. Unjustified Additional Costs We paid $50 to reduce vehicle liability, but only drove for a combined total of 30 minutes across both days. This additional cost felt completely unjustified given the lack of driving time. 5. Poor Scheduling and Lack of Alternatives On the second day, lunch was served at 10:15 AM, just two hours after breakfast, which made no sense. Later, we spent 1.5 hours sitting at the campsite with nothing to do while waiting for the next stop. While weather conditions can affect the itinerary, no alternative activities or adjustments were offered, leaving us feeling like we wasted our time. Poor Handling of Complaints After the tour, we sent an email outlining all these issues. The response from Dingos Fraser Team was completely inadequate. They refused to take responsibility for any of the problems we raised. Instead, they either blamed a new staff member or claimed the issues were out of their control. At no point did they acknowledge or address the valid concerns we raised. Overpriced for What It Offers For the price charged, this tour is simply not worth it. The service, organization, and overall experience were far below what was promised. I do not recommend this tour to anyone. There are plenty of other options out there that offer better value and a more professional experience.
