Rainforest River Tubing - The tour crew Elliot and Dorothy were fantastic, they were engaging and passionate about what they do, safety and the surrounding environment.
The experience itself was spectacular, to have the thrill of some small rapids but also time to relax in more calmer water were equally fun.
I would rate this tour 10/10 and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful and calm - It was great! Nice and relaxing float down clear waters. The staff was great too. I definitely recommend!

Great experience - Very beautiful scenery. Staff were very helpful. The whole family really enjoyed it. I initially thought it might be too rough for the kids, but it was perfect, even for the littlest.

Drifting through nature - Great family experience. Our guides Elliot and Ben were fantastic 👏 well run, highly organised meditative experience drifting through ancient mother nature.

1/2 day river tubing - Nice day out where the river levels would have a dramatic impact on your day. On our trip the river was low but with that we were able to spread out more and the younger kids could have fun. Elliot and Eli (not sure of spelling) were great guides and made the day with their easy going nature.

Was ok, possibly not the activity for over 50’s - The river was very low at this time , making it challenging for us short people under 155cm to reach the water with our hands to paddle our tubes, why we parked on the opposite side of the road to the river when there was enough parking for the cars & trailer to unload was interesting? As the road is an 80km road your crossing all geared up and carrying your tube ?
The hire of the shoes were also interesting as the only sz available for my husband were to big for him sz 13 when he needed a sz 12
Disappointing about the photos as well
As the highlight was going over the level 2 rapid area
That we all did as a group
Bit seems only a few of those photos were shared on their Facebook page
Over all I feel this activity would of been me completely if I was back in my early 40’s
Found one of the guides was frustrated with having to tow me as I was unable to keep up
Possibly I didn’t realise just how much work this activity would take
Thinking I was much more active that what I really was
Possibly would of been better if the river wasn’t so shallow ( that’s on Mother Nature)
No safety checks done on making sure your gear is all fitted correctly either ? What’s with that ?

Not bad not great - Kids liked it but could have done it at a faster pace and more rapids
Crew weren’t very personal sometimes that’s what makes a tour and the buss was freezing 🥶

Not worth it - For family with kids it may be nice. But for us it was a waste of holiday time. First we got the wrong pickup time via Viator so we were waiting until we were picked up. Then we drove to the place where we had to sort out shoes andthe tubes. When everybody was at the river the guides forgot to take the security helmets so we were all waiting again for 30-45mins next to the river ready to go. There were lots of mosquitos while waiting so this was not very funny. The tour itself was no real adventure, the river had not even 1 meter depth in most parts and it was quiet boring.
