Fabulous guide and driver - Absolutely fantastic time with Salim. We visited local villages and learnt so much about life in rural India. Salim was an excellent guide and driver and looked after us so well. If you visit Udaipur, I highly recommend you book this tour, you will not be disappointed.

Incredible couple of days led by Sailm - We had a fantastic who days with Salim who took us to all the sites within Udaipur on the first day (including the amazing City Palace). Day two, on our way to the airport, he took us to a few harder to reach areas including a short hike up Bahubali Hills for a panoramic view of the surrounding lakes and hills and then a wander through a couple of rural villages where we got to meet the locals, share lollies with the children and see how a rural community works. It was a fascinating experience!

Perfect Experience - The village tour was by far the best off-road tour I’ve had. Our guide Salim was like a grandpa, explaining to us the history of the destinations along the way, as well as teaching us the recipes of chapati, naan, paratha. The village tour itself provided an extremely insightful experience into the rural environment of India - a completely different feel as compared to the old city. Of course, we felt very welcomed and integrated within the community only because Salim had really assisted us with interacting with the people in the villages of Udaipur

Excellent tour. A definite must if you want to see the real India - Picked up by Salim from my hotel. He was a careful driver and a terrific guide. Made numerous stops at pints of interest and he was happy to stop when I wanted to take photos. Very interesting visits to two villages where we were surrounded by kids. Giving them the sweets Salim had got me to buy when we started out. Visited a couple of families and had tea with one of them. A really good tour. About 5/6 hours and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended

Great tour and driver! - We had perfect tour with Salim in Udaipur! Good ride with no rush or bumping, transport was clean and nice. Salim showed us the city, told stories about objects, made pictures of us, suggested what we could visit. Definetely recommend to take his tour. Btw. We met him in train station by accident. He was the only one who was not pushing, but asking "if we would like to take a ride to Hotel"

Beautiful experience - Salim was a great driver and a great guide. He introduced us to some beautiful places outside of Udaipur and we came into contact with the people who live in the villages. Super recommended!

Don’t miss this opportunity! - This was possibly the best thing we did as a family during our two weeks in India together. A well-organized experience custom made for us - two grandparents, a Mom, a 14 yr old, 12 yr old and 7 yr old. Salim introduced us to a village family where we saw and heard about genuine village life. We visited a day care center nearby and saw the very limited resources available. Our time spent in the village was well-planned, Salim was informative and very pleasant. The trip gave us a lot to think about and led to an amazing family discussion over dinner. A day we’ll never forget.

A highlight of our holiday - Salim was a wonderful host and guide; he took us out in his tuk tuk into the rural areas surrounding udaipur and gave us the opportunity to encounter rajasthani life in a way we certainly could not have done on our own. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! It felt like a privilege .

Clam, reliable and informative - Wow what a find, so glad I spotted Salim at the station, he had a much calmer, more serene demenour than most other drivers and he drives that way too. At no point did Salim try to sell me his services he just told me to look him up on tripadvisor and contact him if I want. Well two days later I did contact him and arranged to do the village tour and it was wonderful. Salim let me take my time and chose what options I wanted. Driving up into the hills he said to let him know anytime I wanted to stop and take photos. Once at the village Salim explained lots of points of interest that I wouldn't have been able to wotk out for myself. Driving through the mountains afterwards was beautiful too. The following morning I was extremely glad I had booked Salim for my stupid oclock early bus. Following difficulties at the hotel I was late leaving and missed the bus, but Salim took charge and drove me further on to the next stop where the bus was waiting for us. Thank you so much Salim. I would highly recomend Salim, either for one of his scheduled tours or for any other driving services. If you want to make up your own itinerary Salim will make it happen for you and all at a very reasonable price too.
