City of Raleigh Museum - The next part of the tour takes us down historic Fayetteville St., home to some of the oldest buildings in Raleigh, such as the Briggs Hardware Building, now the Raleigh City Museum. I will highlight the significance this street has had on the city’s rejuvenation. A total of 9.3 million dollars was invested in these four blocks, and it was worth every penny!

North Carolina Executive Mansion - This portion of the tour will take us down the beautiful Blount St., home to some of the state’s largest and most exceptional Victorian homes. The Governor’s Mansion is an example of Queen Anne-style architecture. The construction of this building has a surprising history that I will share with you.

City Market - City Market is a major attraction located in the heart of downtown Raleigh. Tourists and locals alike enjoy the open-air shopping and dining options that line the charming cobblestone streets.
